I had an issue with an online promo which said I was gonna receive a gift card and never came through online. Kyle and his manager took ownership of the situation and honoured the promotion. Kyle was polite and professional. Even tho his tag says “in training” he took responsibility of the situation as much as he could. I thank him and his management for the help. Kyle is a great addition to the team. Happy holidays Best Buy!

I ran into a former colleague working for Microsoft at best buy, helped me purchase my son a new gaming laptop aswell as a new surface laptop 5 for my wife who I believe took a photo with him in a pink jacket ... I spoke with him and shot the breeze but my wife was just over the moon with the service that Dan gave her. He was on the ball not pushy extremely knowledgeable and she just said he was one of the best and least pushy salesman she's ever met. She came home intrigued and then the following day it went on sale and she went back and kate could not be happier . So good to see you buddy and thanks for treating my wife with such respect and just making sure she knew everything she needed time cheers thanks again Dan.

I was going from the source to staples and nobody had a clue about the machines I wanted to buy or consider . . . Nobody could tell me why ones different or better or why ... Until I ran into the lovely Microsoft Rep at best buy I remember his name was Dan ... Or Don.. either way you know who you are, I'm the gentleman who purchased the Surface Laptop 5 and was originally looking at Vivobooks, Dan went above and beyond to ensure I was getting what I needed in a laptop and with the 510$ sale price he got me I feel like I got a whole extra laptop of power for my money, this machine is absolutely everything he said it would be and to be honest more than the honesty about the laptops he was extremely courteous and professional I can speak highly enough about the whole process from demonstration to sale, he was ever professional and knowledgeable beyond any other people at the other stores I had visited. So thank you very much I adore my new laptop 5 and I couldn't be happier saving 510$ from normal price. ?

Best Buy customer service has been atrocious. I bought a tv on Friday in-store and it was just slightly too big to fit in my car. Since the staff refused to provide any assistance with securing the trunk, I was forced into a delivery scenario. The representative claimed to do me a favour and waive the delivery charge, even though it would have been waived anyways if the order was placed online since anything over $35 gets free delivery according to the website. Then, the representative assured me that the delivery would occur Monday or Tuesday.I checked online multiple times to see if my order status had changed, and Customer Service would not provide updates. It is now Tuesday evening, the delivery did not arrive, and the representatives in-store have told me that I not only can't cancel my order and pick one up in-store, but they don't have a delivery date for me. This is beyond infuriating.

Best buy Customer service is terrible . I bought a bed frame from best buy online, they sent it in wrong address in other city. For a week I follow up with that , didn't get any answer. Not my order,not my money back , they say call customer service for refund and customer service say go to store and talk to manager. It's about 5 days passed, they didn't do anything. Lost my order, lost my money and wasted too much time , got headache,but didn't get back my money or my order

Came to replace my phone because I dropped it and it broke to pieces. Smridh was very helpful and did his best to give me the best possible deal. I like how he didn't try to force me to buy something I didn't have to he was honest about what I needed and what I was getting. His customer service was great !

Geek Squad warranty is completely useless and a complete waste of money. Warranty claim on phone would have me leave a 2000.00 deposit that you hope to have refunded and a 350.00 service charge just to look at it that is nonrefundable

Elliot was awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable, and great customer service! He was the only person up front, with 4 others in line, and handled it very well! He had a smile on his face the entire time, and provided a great customer experience. A perfect example of an outstanding employee! 10/10

I returned a used CO2 canister. The employees were extremely helpful and accommodating. They did an excellent job. Their names are Mitul and Elliot. I tried to mention them in my survey but there wasn’t a place to.

I'm white, so apparently they (best buy in general, not this store specifically) don't give a damn about me! Can't wait for your company to try and back up their decisions to racially discriminate for their management programs.. I'll go anywhere else from here on out.

I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience at the Guelph store.. I have a real love-hate relationship with Best Buy, and HATE going in person to big-box stores in general. I'd never been to the Guelph location before and I was impressed by the parking and accessibility of the front entrance, and the layout of the front of the store. I was greeted happily by the staff at the service counter, and taken care of RIGHT away.. Mitul was the guy who went back to get my order, and then Mitul and Ahmed came right out and loaded it into my vehicle for me. In total I was there maybe like 8 mins in and out! They took great care loading it and were so polite and friendly. I will definitely go out of my way to go to Guelph Best Buy next time I need something! They were so efficient and friendly, I actually felt valued as a customer (something I generally feel is lacking in big-box stores).. well done guys! Thanks again Mitul and Ahmed :)

I have bought a camera from Kitchener branch last week and that sales person told me there will be no restocking fees applied if you are not satisfied with product, when i went to guelph location to return my unused camera, a lady at desk very rude and will not even help me for my returns and she wanted to apply 15% restocking fees for unused item. I asked her to confirm with his manager and his manager was like unresponsive and even not came on counter to handle the customer. I think he was sleeping. I requested them to confirm with sales person in kitchener who told me there will be no restocking fees applied but she upfront told me you go to kitchener and return your items. Like she can atleast call and confirm and resolve the issue but no they want customer to suffer. When I asked is the best buy have different policies location wise then she answered no but she wants me to pay restock fees for because they guys are not clear, you guys are not communicating with each other and not doing honest communication with customer even. she doesn’t want to help and bother her self to communicate with kitchener location and confirm. No one really interested at this location to provide customer service. Useless staff and worst location to buy something and get customer services.

We purchased a tv and ship to our house, the tv arrived with cracked screen, we brought it to the this store location for a return as per online customer service advised. The store inspected and finger point that we have damaged, the only option that we have to re-order and no return and must be ship to their store for the replacement. Buyer beware for this policy.and then the new tv arrived to the store, we went to pick up and the remote control having an issue, their customer service told us to bring home charge it. We went home to charged it but still did not work, brought back to the store and they gave a different remote and still no good. We brought back again and they gave a universal remote, it worked this time. We called Samsung next day as we weren't happy with the universal remote (off brand), why we couldn't have the one working proper and came the tv? Samsung advised us to get back the original remote and learn it with new tv. After 4 trips back/forth from Bestbuy. finally the original remote working.My conclusion is the Bestbuy store doesn't know what they are service/technical support and they were acting like a pro team?This is my last purchase from this website/store. Buyer beware to ship to your home any big ticket item. You could get a finger point for damaged item and they won't let your return/exchange.

I purchased a cell phone online and went to the store to pick it up today. While in the store, I wanted to check out the options such as screen protectors and cases. While browsing, Peter came over and offered to help. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the products and his salesmanship. He was kind and patient while showing the different options. Five stars Peter. I wish I was always so fortunate to be assisted by someone so knowledgeable who is willing to take the time to explain the various options. Thank you Peter and thank you Best Buy Guelph.
