Absolutely terrible. Today my son and his friends went in the store bought a shirt and then an employee accused them of stealing when my son had his receipt and then accused his friend who was wearing a shirt that he previously bought from the store and then called security on them. When the security came to check out and realized it was made up by the people working there, the security apologized to my son and his friends. But nothing of a sorry from the BOATHOUSE AND ABSOLUTE BRUTAL WAY TO TREAT A BUNCH OF GREAT KIDS. DO NOT SUPPORT

Dana is extremely rude. I had a question over the phone and she pretty much yelled at me and acted appalled that I even asked, in person she’s the same as well. Rude bitter lady.

The customer service is extremely pathetic at the store. The store manager Sana herself did not have the minimum decency of behaving with customers. She was extremely rude and her behaviour was totally unacceptable. Totally an unprofessional behaviour. We had to walk out of the store because of her arrogant behaviour. I hope the store hires better associates. Much needed!! Definitely not going back there again!

The store manager SANA is super duper rude and unethical. Her behaviour was extremely unprofessional and I hope she gets replaced. People like her should never be made to work in retail. She was passing derogatory comments under her breath. A big thumbs down for the store associates!!

Every other location I have had a great experience but this location is awful. There are two younger boys who are great and super helpful but I went in to buy a pair of shoes and the lady helping me out wouldn’t give me the time of day and finally when she acknowledged my question she was extremely rude. I wasn’t 100% sure what size I was I assumed a 7 but I didn’t know for sure so I wanted to try them on, she didn’t let me try them on and told me she had better things to do. I am extremely upset with this visit.

Today January 21st 2023the girl in a pink sweater blond hair was very rude when I checked out. I took 2 shirts off a cart that says 2 for $29.99 when I went to check out she said one of the shirts were from the other shelf and it wasn’t part of the deal. She went to go get a white shirt that was part of the deal but when she came back I asked if they had a grey one instead as that was the same colour as the one that wasn’t part of the deal. She huffed with an “ok” and went and got a shirt that was in grey. She aggressively opened a plastic bag and give me for my items and didn’t smile or look up. She was by herself and that’s stressful I know but when I’m working by myself at a daycare my mood changes for the better when I’m with a parent. Leave your mood at home. She didn’t get a thank you from me.

Terrible customer service. The store does not stand by the quality of their products. I received a coat from the Boathouse for Christmas. I wore it once and the seam by the zipper ripped. I tried to exchange it for a new one and they would not exchange the coat. They said since I wore it once, there was nothing they could do. I tried hard to explain it was a quality issue. A coat should not rip at the seam after one use. Still they would not exchange the jacket.

I've always loved The Boathouse. Great clothes and the most amazing staff who are always really helpful. One of the staff members named Jessica is super friendly, helpful and she went above and beyond for me! Jessica, you're a rockstar! 5*
