Fast excellent customer service. Ordered something online, during checkout it said delivery would be in 3-7 business days. Order was delivered within 2 hours and the delivery person was so friendly. Very happy with my experience.

Got a great pair of curtains. Spotted a gorgeous lamp, but it wasn't in stock. Paid for it in store that day and waited thirteen business days with no word. Went in store and asked to have the money put back on my card. Was told that I can't get a refund in store BC they hadn't received the product yet and I'd have to go online to get my money back. WHAT. It was only after I pushed back that they ultimately returned my money to me. Miserable experience.

Really nice selection of curtains and they are hanging so you can feel the texture and see how they drape. We got ours on sale and they lighten up the room but provide privacy if needed. Most importantly the backing is made of fabric so they are washable. The sales person was really helpful and made sure we had all panels of same dye lot and length. Love to go there and get ideas.

Store is okay … nothing special. The decorative pillow special of course didn’t include the pillows I was interested in. Parking is plentiful though
