Zero stars. Was shopping with a family member that used a $5 coupon; then clerk refused my coupon because "we were together". This is bull. She paid for her order and I paid for mine. We live at separate addresses. The coupon says "Limit one coupon per customer during the promotional period." This is a complete load of crap. Will be returning the items we purchased. You can keep your coupon and we'll keep our money, we don't have to shop here.

I travelled from Waterloo to Guelph to get almond butter on Sunday and I was there 25 minutes before they closed and the machines were taken apart for cleaning when I said something to staff I was basically told tough. We close in 20 minutes.

Clean, well labelled, staff are helpful and friendly, have always been happy with the quality. I think there are some bigger stores, but this has a good selection.

Very pleased with my experience at this location today on Woodlawn in Guelph. The store was clean and was well stocked. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. Finally, sour straps are back ?

No complaints with the store itself, this is a customer service issue. I arrived 15 minutes prior to closing to quickly get peanut butter. The scoops were gone and when I asked for one, the young lady said “unfortunately, we are closed in 10 minutes and the scoops are all in the dishwasher”, and without waiting for any reply, whisked herself into a back room, So here’s my reply: yes, it’s unfortunate, because you were, in fact, still open for customers and had you simply given me a scoop I would have been out of there 5 minutes before your closing time, and bonus, feeling that I had been treated kindly and with respect.
