How am i supposed to answer the door at 8:45am as a highschool student whos on there way to school and no ones home. I get people work on different schedules but at least give the option to leave the package at the door when ordering. Now i have to pick it up the next day for a ridiculous price. My package never even told me it was in Ontario yet.

Yes, the staff are sometimes slow....but 50% of the customers are incompetent! They don't have clue what they want and aren't organized? Do some research before you go in and have your parcel ready! You can fill in the customs form(if needed) online or on the App. Christ, I am over 60 and even I know how to do that.....

Canada post needs to do an assessment of this location. Slow doesn’t even touch on the poor service at this location. When asking manager at shoppers was told yes too bad one employee called in sick and they don’t have back up.

My Amazon return package went missing for 6weeks. No drop-off being made says the Amazon Status. The mid 50's lady C. who scanned the item was unprofessional, rude and incompetent. Canada Post online customer service couldn't resolve the issue either and closed my case. Such a nightmare experience. $600 worth item gone missing considering there was an active tracking number. Luckily, Amazon was able to help and issued me the refund.
I hope they found where the item is being kept.
Jeez, No one can be trusted these days. Specially this staff named Ms. C.
Avoid this branch as much as possible.

The woman in her late 50s or mid sixties with dark hair says she is the manager. Absoloute MEGA Karen, rudest customer service is ever seen. Said she couldn't provide estimates with weight, dimensions, and a postal code. I preceeded to teach her how to do her job while nine customers in line laughed at her complete incompetence. On the Canada Post App, you can find all of these answers, EASILY, but this woman actively tried to slow down service, hurt the company as a whole, and have zero knowledge of basic things like what the word "estimate" meant. Truly, the lack of basic 3rd grade knowledge has given me serious doubts as to the integrity of Canada Post, and I unfortunately have to switch to alternate shipping methods going forward. Even if we pay more, we are willing to pay it to avoid customer service like that.

I use this Canada Post often and is always great.Lately, I have been assisted by Kate. She is amazing. Very polite, kind and super helpful.Kudos to her and to Canada Post to have such an amazing employee.This office is very efficient.Fully recommended ????????????????????????????????

The middle aged woman with long brown hair who works here daily is the most miserable, unprofessional and incompetent individual I’ve ever encountered working a customer service position. Terrible at her job, the line piles up because she’s so slow and she looks at you like you’re the inconvenience for even coming the post office. She is so incredibly unkind and at points even cruel to customers. Not sure why you hate your job or life so much but maybe do us all a favour and quit. I’d rather go downtown, drive around looking for parking for an hour, wait in line for another 40 minutes at the downtown post and deal with their incompetent (but at list somewhat professional) staff than ever return to this post office. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Worst customer service I have ever had in person. Emsee or Emi was rude and unhelpful. Ended up taking my packages elsewhere.

Terrible service, always understaffed, slow as molasses. Would not survive open market if not government. Plus Canada Post never knocks on my door, they run up, post their sticker, and leave without delivering and then I need to go pick it up. I watch them through my window...I can't even get the door fast enough to catch them trusting they will actually deliver it. Government has no business running this.

I visit this location almost every day to drop off parcels for my small business and I have never had an issue as of yet. Staff are so patient and friendly. 10/10 would recommend
