The store and staff are good with one particular exception. There is a woman assistant manager there that is totally obnoxious!! I was treated with total disrespect and humiliated!. I wouldn't have bothered to report this but on the checkout I was asked how my visit was. I mentioned my encounter and was told we avoid her she is so miserable. I decided to ask for the manager he was most pleasant and said he would talk to her. I spend literally $1,000s here over a year and if not for the actual manager would take my business elsewhere .

This store is a complete disaster and everyone in there looks and acts miserable. This location should be closed, so all customer can go to a respectable operation like the Home Depot up the road. Don’t support lazy retailers like this one and it’s not the consumers fault locally owned businesses are failing!

Shop at Home Depot up the street, way better selection, way better return policy and generally nicer happier people there.First off the store its self is a disaster. Second the staff is rude, inconsiderate and generally not pleasant. Third they charge $20 to look up a receipt in their files by a person who is already being paid to be there? I’ve been going to this CT location for 25 years and I feel relief now because I no longer have the burden of supporting a local place like this. I have been shopping here for the last 5 years out of pity. That being said, I would like to thank you all for this experience!***after reading other reviews I’m pretty sure the manager I dealt with was Kelly. I wish anyone could reply to these reviews , shout out to the other 1 star reviewers!******if you call the number in the response they do absolutely nothing***

Great experience!! Went in auto in service today, Staff are all very accomodating specially Deondre, ask and hell answer what you need,.. keep smiling dude! You makes the world feel better, thank you for making me feel so welcome in your shop there! Highly recommended!

I have been coming to this Canadian Tire for 5 years and I used to kind of dread it. You could never find staff, things were difficult to locate, it was a bit dirty, and stock was inconsistent. It seems to me that someone has really kicked up the customer service, stocking, cleaning, and merchandising at this location. It feels like a whole new store. Lots of staff available, and they are actually approaching me to see if I need a hand. Inventory and aisle number for products in store matched what was on the website. I've come to prefer in-store shopping at this location which is quite a feat when I could just order online.Just wanted to share a kudos to the team at CT. Whatever you've been doing lately, keep it up. :)

Worst canadian tire I've ever been to. All 4 self checkout lanes closed and 1 cashier for a 15 person steady line. Maybe you should hire staff? Won't go out of my way again to go there!

ABOUT AUTO CENTRE(less staff/No management in auto service)I booked appointment for tier change before 3 weeks, today when I reach there they said we don’t have enough staff today, We can book you are another appointment after 2 weeks.Are you joking???????What if I book appointment after 2 weeks and they will say again We don’t have enough staff.Don’t waste your time to book appointment here.

Don’t buy a welder here. I brought a Lincoln Mig pak 180 back to store because it was missing parts upon opening box. Customer service said they don’t take them back I have to get repaired from Lincoln which is ridiculous because it’s brand new . Wouldn’t let me exchange it or wouldn’t even give my money back because box was opened how else am I going to see if it works?? So I called Lincoln and they said the store had to take it back so after an hour of wasting my time I finally got an exchange. Not giving this location business ever again. If things are defective then give people their money back.

Went to get some garden material, get out to parking lot, out of stock. Manager won’t allow exchange of equal value material, instead makes an elderly lady go back in store for refund because policy. Their policy won’t make their inventory correct. Brutal store and management.

OMG the worst customer service ever! I just picked up an online order at Canadian Tire on Woodlawn for a microwave and floor mats. The CSR literally threw it all into my arms & walked away! ? Even continued to walk away when I asked if I could get a carry out or a cart! Thankful I was able to carry this order out by myself but what floored me was the refusal for a carry out or a cart! #canadiantire #worstcustomerservice

Went to Canadian tire today to return a 12v travel mug that we bought but never ended up using for our trip. When I went to rerun it the lady opened it up and inspected it. Told me she will not offer a refund as it had been used. I disagreed with her and asked for her manager.A manager named Kelly came over and he inspected it and said rudely “no you won’t be getting your refund today because this has been used.” I said again that we never used it and tried to explain that this is how it was when we bought it.(doesn’t look to be used at all)I then said really, you won’t return this. Kelly then said to me “well if you looked on the wall there it said no refund if product had been used. So you won’t be getting a refund “and waked away.I have never seen such terrible customer service yet alone from a manager. Canadian tire I will never be back in your store. You have lost a very loyal customer.

My husband and I went to the gas bar Pit Stop today around noon. We were helped by a young man who was extremely polite and helpful. Super nice and friendly guy. A great experience! I am sorry I didn’t get his name but I hope he reads this, and his boss!
