“The manager that scheduled my appointment was very professional and handled the insurance claim paperwork very efficiently.
I was initially satisfied with the job until I took the time to open the hood of my truck to check the oil and service the washer fluid. I found some issues with the installation as well as some trim pieces that were not properly attached and damaged.
After leaving a 1 star review Go Glass quickly reached out to me and wanted to make it right. The manager reviewed the defects and quickly contacted the dealer to order oem replacement parts.
The new parts were installed and we went over the work together in the shop before I left with the truck.
I would recommend this business again as they quickly took responsibility and made sure things were fixed properly. I would not hesitate to have them replace another component again should it be required.”

The exterior paint on my car looks better now than it ever did. To my surprise the interior of the car was also fully detailed after repairs were completed..
