Not only did the "big name" companies not have a van available but they're prices were also quite high. Carter Car & Truck Rentals had a beautiful Kia Carnival ready and available, they're prices a way cheaper than the other car rental companies. The cheapest in fact. Couldn't have been more pleased with them and the service Joe provided for us. They will be my priority for any vehicle rentals from this point forward.”
“Customer service is not anything I really expect anymore. But Enterprise surprised the heck out of me! Everything was super easy, great value for the car which was spotless and comfortable. My original order was very straightforward but due to personal circumstances I needed to make several adjustments throughout my rental (longer use and different drop off location). I spoke to 4 different enterprise employees. Each interaction was friendly, helpful and professional. I particularly liked that each time I called or went to a location the staff was so accommodating. And my difficult requests were simply taken care of. I also liked being able to talk to a person instead of a bot each time I called. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.”
