Bank employee claimed I couldn’t do something I just did the day before. When I informed him of that fact, he then told me to wait for someone else who was already with a customer so I just left. Great service.

Worst place ever, went in to withrdraw 130, atm couldn’t give a $10 bill. waited 15min while they took there sweet time talking to some old person who didn’t know what they were doing just to talk to an employee to be told that they can’t do a withdrawal

When you’re visiting branch for very important tasks of your banking session with a lady working here at this branch, you’re with your family (10 month old baby, sleeping on moms shoulder) and you see a lot of empty cabins. But the banker decides to do it all open and without courtesy towards its clients.

Limited hours and no tellers. Why does this branch even exist? Wasted my lunch hour going in today after being told by staff at the downtown location that this branch could help me with my issue. I arrived and the only employee in the building seemed to be there just to tell people there are no tellers to help anyone. This employee then proceeded to give me hours of operation for the downtown branch that I know for a fact to be false. Complete waste of time.

Stood at the front counter this afternoon for 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I had to speak up to see if anyone was taking care of the front counter. Couldn’t even deposit a cheque. The service at that location has gone down hill.

Abdul helped me out, had an issue with a credit card that had a 60 minute wait on the phone. He stayed on the line, and let me go finish up my errands. When the time came he started a 3 way call and we were able to clear everything up with the agent on the other line. Very good service.

Awful experience. Staff had no idea what they were doing. Explained my situation 3 times and still did not understand. Ultimately told me to go to another branch after an hour of waiting for the staff person walk around aimlessly.

I really appreciated the courteous help from the front desk here. I came to pick up a draft being sent from an out of town branch. It hadn't arrived yet, so they took my name and number and promised to call when it arrived. Saved me from having to check back in again. Smart service!
