Staff is amazing !! A lovely girl named Alyssa helped me out when picking out nail supplies. I got home, used everything how she said she did with her nails, and my nails look and feel AMAZING! I can tell they’ll last for weeks. If you go here I recommend you ask for Alyssa !!

Walked up to the doors at 5:55 pm not knowing what time they closed and as I grabbed the handle the girl looked at me, locked the door and walked away. I knew exactly what I needed and would not have been more than 5 minutes anyway. Went to Sally’s instead. Lost a customer.

It is usual for me to shop from this place and I have not encountered any problems because the workers there are all nice to the customers except for one of them named Sophia. I went shopping on Black Friday and bought... trimmer Because I know this brand is very good, but unfortunately it was broken. I went back the second morning to pick up a new one because its price is expensive, but Sofia said no, she cannot exchange it, and I know the store’s law. Exchanges are allowed. When I told her, “You have to find a solution that satisfies me,” she started crying and kicked me out of the store. I am asking the person in charge of This store, is this the system for dealing with customers????

Staff here are really great but there should be signage online and at the door that it’s not open to the public so you don’t find out once you get to the cash.

its the only real distribution of professional hair & nail products but they are always sold out of nail products shelves are like a ghost town *cosmo pro Ontario allows the whole nail certificate from a weekend course versus an aesthetician who paid large money for their nail course so there's that ....

The staff here are amazing. I dealt with a lady named Cassandra. She was so professional and so helpful and extremely patient. I had alot of questions for products to get my girlfriend. Overall great customer service. I'll be going back again for sure.
