Brought my vehicle here after a crash because it was through my insurance but when they returned my car to me they did not repair all the damage they billed, and did not fix other damage from the crash, after I brought it back so they could do there job properly they ripped the weather stripping on my car, and finally we just noticed that they billed for xenon headlights/housing but actually replaced it with cheaper halogens.
TLDR: They committed insurance fraud, tried to scam me twice, and damaged my car. Would not recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Fix Auto Guelph. After being rear-ended, I brought my car in, they fixed it on time, and you would never know it had been damaged. The paint matching was flawless, the body repair is seamless, and the car looks brand new again. From the moment I dropped it off to the moment I picked it up, the customer service was top-notch, friendly, professional, and communicative the entire way. I highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repair.

On the very first day of having the car repaired the manager called me with a large cost to replace a part (small hear vent 12 inch by 10inch). It had a slight bend and Crack. I said are you not called fixit auto or replace it auto. I said repair it and replied yeah I guess. I can do that. I bent the part myself and all he had to do was add a bit of filler and repaint it a basic black. But was going to charge me $1200 to replace. Almost no communication to the point where I came to the shop to take possession of my car. But, when I arrived the back ordered parts just happen to arrive. If your too busy then tell me and I will go elsewhere. I lost the end of the season for my brand new corvette to drive because of this place. Now because the repairs took so long they had to ship my car to my house. When I took possession of it it had scuff marks on the driver's side from repair guys getting in and out. My car cost me $160k, im 55 years old and kept this car in pristine shape. Only had 4000km on it. I immediately called and spoke with manager about the damages. He said he would get back to me and never did. Now my car is in storage and would never visit this shop again.

At first glance, I was happy with how my car looked when I picked it up. The receptionist was super friendly. However, after taking a closer look, I noticed more dents and scratches than I remember being there when I dropped it off. What’s even more frustrating is that there’s now an issue with my door handle that wasn’t a problem before that can’t be fixed…I now have to take time out of my own schedule to go to Toyota and have it looked at and fixed. Overall, frankly I’m pretty disappointed with the experience and expected better care and attention to detail.

Beyond pleased with the work fix auto Guelph did on my car. My car looks good as new and they even cleaned it and replaced my windshield wiper that was broken too. Such a fantastic shop!!
