The store manager is the issue at this location. Received an email stating my order was ready for pick up at this location. The young women employee was trying her best to find the order. The manager came over and asked if I had picked up an order already yesterday. I said yes, a couple of days ago. He became rude and said "so then that's a yes" I was stunned and turned to my fiance and said wow! The manager turned around and asked my problem, I told him that he was being rude. He then had a sarcastic comment and walked off. Each time he spoke to us, it didn't matter what my response to his question was he shot back with arrogance, sarcasm and rudeness. He then, after his employee was on hold trying to help us figure out where our order was, spoke to her. She came back over and said her manager was getting upset that she was spending so much time with us and she had to ask us to leave and call ourselves. I asked her what to do as we ordered from the store and what do we do if we can't get this resolved as my email clearly states it was dropped off at this location. Received by Jay (managers name) he claims it was my fiancé name too so was dropped at my house. As we were leaving, my fiance said that there was no reason to be upset with his employee who was trying to solve the issue or at least find out info. That's customer service. He then laughed in my fiance face and said have a good day with another sarcastic comment. All in front of my 7 year old. I left the store called cooperate customer service and had the answer. This manager should not be employed in any customer service job. He talks like he is a teen and is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. I wish I caught the female employees name, she was extremely kind, while still doing her job and while waiting on hold. Great service from her!

I had a great experience here! Today I wanted to exchange a pair of shoes I had bought in-store for a half-size up, and the employee was very friendly and helpful with ordering them online for me. She was patient with me (..I'm super indecisive) and she also had a bubbly personality -- I loved her energy!

Hands down Chase from Footlocker is one of the most genuine, helpful, and overall greatest sales representatives I’ve ever dealt with. He made it very easy to pick out shoes, and when I had the wrong size, he made the return process a breeze. For real, thank you Chase! For someone who hasn’t been in the shoe game in a few years, he makes it super easy to be caught up!

The store manager is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. He clearly hates his job and doesn't know what customer service is...I was approaching him to ask for a size and before I could even speak, he says "I don't have your size". He says he only has above a size 8 and when my friend said that was actually her size, he rudely said that it would not be her size, like as if we don't know our own size. LOL lost a sale there, good luck meeting sales goal...

My daughter saved some money bought a shoe from foot locker and she paid at the store but they were supposed to be delivered to her but she never got it and we try to call them few times they never mind they told us to call to UPS

I would give a negative review if I could, this happened to me a couple years back and I decided to warn people. I got an item online and when I decided to return it at the store, the manager noticed the price tag was missing yet I hadn't touched it since it arrived so I tried to explain it never had one, he would reply by calling me a liar. This was followed by him telling me I can't return it because it was past 30 days after I ordered it yet when you order online it's 30 days after receiving the item, which I explain which was followed by "you're wrong" from the manager, and when I tried to tell him how would they count it since the day of ordering if there's a chance the package might get delayed or lost, and he refused to listen or believe me, I had to call foot locker in front of him to prove him wrong but he still refused to accept my return, also claiming out of nowhere there was a "stain" yet there was nothing there (again I never wore it, it sat in my room in a box for 2 weeks) so the phone operator suggested to return it through shipping instead but the whole hassle of that day, and having to return it through shipping opened my eyes to that store. This happened a while back and I have yet to ever go back to that store.

I got a really weird ' you are not wanted ' vibe from the young lady associate with black/brown hair. She was drooling over this young black male athlete but gave me a look like ' what are you doing' here. I hope she harbors his baby. peace out !

Horrendous customer service at the Stone Rd Mall location.I tried to return my sons shoes that he’s worn less than a handful of times due to a defect in the tongue. They were constantly twisting on him and he refused to wear them. The associates rudely told me they were too severely worn and that they will not do an exchange. Not sure how being worn 3 times is sever however I absolutely did not appreciate the tone and the way the older gentleman spoke to me. I will never support foot locker again. All I asked for was a replacement pair, not a refund.I’d appreciate being contacted by head office.

So on Sunday me and my mom were shopping here I want a van’s hight tops for me the customer service is bad nobody wasn’t helping us making sure Eeverything‘s ok and this girl was being so rude to my mom and we are not going back to foot Lock ever again

I went to Guelph Footlocker with my son to exchange 2 pairs of shoes, for proper size, bought online. One pair was almost un-touched, whereas, the other one was worn a few times. The boy at the store, told that one pair can be exchanged and the second one can't as it was worn out. We were looking at the other shoes for the size, when the boy came to us & told that none of the pairs can be exchanged as per store's policy. The store boy was very rude & was not ready to listen and gave us both pairs and just walked away. It was unbelievably horrible customer service, which was not expected from big chain stores in Canada. Myself & my son were stunned & looking at each other. Today we were in Kitchener for my son's game & went to nearby Kitchener store, afterwards. The employee on the counter was excellent and after thoroughly checking both pairs he exchanged right away. The customer service was amazing and we were surrounded by the staff and everyone was offering his help & they piled up a lot of boxes of shoes. The staff was very helpful & they even offered to order online for us. We will never ever go to Guelph store again. I suggest Kitchener staff should come to Guelph store and train/re-train its staff for customer service. I will never go to Guelph Footlocker again & stop my friends and family from going, as well.
