A good grocery store. They have good prices, and the cheese seems to always be on sale when I go! The staff is friendly and always willing to help me find an item when I ask. The store does seem to have a few items missing and I wish they had a wider selection of mushrooms and dried noodles. Though I imagine this is a function of the smaller footprint the store is working with. Overall, a good grocery store and I find myself coming here often.

FRESCO - OWNER PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY YOUR STAFF CANNOT TREAT CUSTOMERS RUDELY. I have never in my life had to go out of my way and review a store. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER BY THE MANAGER ON DUTY SEPT 24, 2024, @ approx 5:30 PM SHIFT. We purchased a huge rotten watermelon on Sept 10th that we tried returning 3 times! First i was told i need the product with me which a huge rotten leaking watermelon, then i was told i need the receipt, pictures and barcode isnt enough and then i didnt have the same visa with me that i used for the purchase in the first place.
All of this was fine but when i went to return it today with all that was requested she said "today is the 14th day so i cant refund you." We literally asked for store credit or a refund doesnt matter, as per there policy fresco is suppose to refund and replace the item. We didnt even ask for a replacement.
One of the employees even admitted that they know the batch was bad and he can do a refund even without a receipt but the manager said not to. INFACT FRESCO had expired milk stocked from Aug18 and Sept 18?? is that allowed? when other customers heard us saying that the milk is expired the manager accused us of yelling and asked us to leave the store even though we were just putting our point across.
Fresco knew they had a bad batch of watermelons, made excuses to refund us and then the outcome was basically leave the store cause its the managers store? your store runs because of your customers so learn to respect. Its give respect and take respect. If they dont care there loosing a customer because of bad service that why should we care about giving business to them.
I personally have years of customer service but i havent seen someone so disrepsectful to their customers. She didnt wanna refund us in the first place as if its going out of her pocket. Just hoping that the owner can be fair and teach some skills to there so called manager. $4 isnt going to hurt anyone what hurts the most is being told to leave and not being listened to when were not doing or saying anything wrong. its literally still 14 days i didnt even ask for it on the 15th day. The main problem is that she didnt have a good attitude towards us to begin with and then made it seem like were yelling back which lead to this experience. Atleast have some audacity and make an exception since we still shopped at this store today. Other employees were being understanding about it but the manager should atleast have some manners? #WORST MANAGER. i cant believe her negativity actually made me leave a bad review for someone which i hate doing.

I'm writing this review as per the person who complained about the watermelon. I was in the line and witnessed your interaction with both the manager and other customers. You were telling the customers that they should not shop there as the stores produce wasnt fresh and that things were expired. The store wont know that they have a bad batch of watermelons unless they open them up. Do you really think they intend to sell produce that is rotten on purpose? your attitude both towards the supervisor and customers was completely uncalled for. shit happens and if you decided that on the very last day you decide to ask for a refund that seems like a you problem. have more courtesy for the people doing their jobs. I will continue to shop at this store as I have been for years. Quit being entitled.

This branch stocks rotten produce, I’ve even pointed it out to the employee and they said “it’s the best of the worst”. Just bought a ten dollar watermelon and the thing was rot on the inside. Produce will be decent at the store, next day rotten.
