GameStop

Hours: GameStop is a retail store that sells video games, consoles, and collectibles. Customers generally find the staff friendly and helpful, often willing to assist with questions and special requests. Many appreciate the staff’s willingness to go the extra mile, such as checking in the back for specific game colors or holding items upon request. The store offers a wide selection of games and collectibles, making it a good place for both purchasing and window shopping. Staff members are described as calm, cool, and collective, even when handling busy moments like pre-orders and pre-payments, with some employees maintaining a good sense of humor. Customers also note that the store is open to learning about their interests outside of gaming, which adds a positive touch to the shopping experience. However, there are mixed reviews about customer service, especially toward younger customers. Some feel that young people may not be treated well or that their concerns are not taken seriously. There are also occasional issues with pricing, where customers are told the wrong game plus tax price, leading to higher charges. Overall, while many find the staff friendly and the store well-stocked, there are moments of poor service that can leave some customers frustrated.
