This is a good store as it has a lot of different products that you don't see in other stores.
The staff is usually nice and there are good deals here. The only negative is that the self-checkout is only open during certain times.

Need more staff. Lines long. Two self check outs are never on because the girl watching everyone packing and paying said we don't have enough staff to have all four on. Mean while 1 teller most of the time is on. While the lines get longer and customers can just wait. Staff that is there are great. Giant tiger I'm sure makes alot of money...hire more staff!

Very clean, well layed out discount Canadian store. Friendly cashier's and management. Self check out available.

It would be nice if it was bigger with more choices, but it's in a very handy spot and does have lots to offer. The staff may not be super friendly, but they are always helpful. Prices are very reasonable and I usually walk out buying something. But do not eat the single packaged butter tarts. Yucky!

Employee threw away my personal property which I had mistakenly left behind while shopping. When I returned to inquire about my lost item, the manager began explaining to me that shoplifters will steal new items and leave the old. Basically accusing me of being a thief. With receipt from the day in hand, proving the ignorance in his statement, I inquired why my property didn't make it into the lost and found? To which no intelligent response was given, unless you consider the managers claim that covid policy has employees throwing out customer property. I highly recommend not shopping at the Giant Tiger at 183 Silvercreek Pkwy N. in Guelph.
