Great find to find some donated future, tools, materials and much more. Always come here to see if I can score anything for packaging for my business knowing the funds will be going to a good cause.

It's been forever since I've set foot in this store, thankful for this visit. Mostly used donated items in good condition, however if you look around there's plenty of brand new finds as well. Shhhhh, keep it our little secret. Hehehe!

The quality of the second hand merchandise is not very good, nor is the selection. I think it would help to have a campaign to encourage more donations of building materials and supplies as well as furniture and appliances.

Seen some items in this location price fair for used item one week. I return the next week and the same item that was price at $20 the week before is now priced at $80. Most of the items in this location you can buy new for a lower price at walmart or home depot.

Great selection. Very fair prices. I got a black leather like adjustable office chair, that was like new for $15. Would have been $80 in any store.

Walked in this week after a long absence from shopping in your store to see that a lot of your items are still way overpriced. Your store does look much nicer inside. Perhaps if the people pricing the items actually knew what they were pricing and what things sell for BRAND NEW, the prices would be more appropriate. Two of the examples: a little plastic yellow corner level priced for $5 (which had no fluid inside the little tubes that are actually used to determine if something is level) and a used yoga mat priced at $14 (unless I misread the price tag on it or the wrong pricetage somehow got on it or it belonged to someone famous). I have seen brand new yoga mats at retailers for $9.99. A lot of my friends stopped shopping at this location years ago for this reason. Several people I know, including myself have tried to donate very nice items and were told you do not have space. My personal opinion is that if you priced things cheaper, you could turn over a lot more inventory and accept a lot more items in the process and both of these would much better serve your community. I am a big fan of Goodwill because of the ease of donating items to them and their prices reflect the fact that they are selling used items that were donated to them for free.

This is the place to go to in Guelph for used furniture. Good selection of used dressers, beds, and a few upholstered pieces, all at reasonable prices. They have the warehouse space for these large items that the local thrift stores just don't have. Unlike other ReStores, however, this one doesn't carry books or dishes, etc.

I used to regularly stop in at the Guelph ReStore, but I rarely ever buy anything, as I find the prices extremely high for a second hand shop! (Especially for furniture.) Wouldn't it be better to keep the prices more reasonable and turn the stock over quicker??? I am definitely at the point of giving up on this ReStore altogether!

Better place for those who is ok with used items, some time you should get better furniture in affordable price and lot of miscellaneous house hold items available. I found some prices quite high, for good looking furniture which is donated by someone. Management should control on rates as it is non profitable and customers are only those who really need it in affordable price.Overall good place for community and specially for new immigrants and migrated who is starting new life in this town.

No cash allowed. Cashier played with the merchandise while looking for the price tag. After ringing up the total, I pulled out $12 and was rudely told they "can't except cash". Had to pay by credit card instead. If this is a new policy due to covid-19, it would be nice if they would put up a sign clearly stating "No cash. Credit or Debit only."Other than that, they had hand sanitizers at the entrance . Clear signs about wearing a mask (WDG Public Health Mandatory), and maintaining social distancing of 6 feet. Clear arrows to direct one way traffic down the aisles; and, lastly the layout was excellent. Merchandise/furniture was spread out nicely to help maintain social distancing. Overall covid-19 precautions were excellent. However, there was no obvious sign about "Credit or Debit Only". In the past I would use cash to save them on credit card processing fees. Now it's not possible.
