I send them an email looking for the printing options and the estimate. They never replied to me. I called over a week after I emailed them, just to get an answer from them that they don't provide a service I asked for, and they didn't think that they should reply to me with that answer. They just ignored my message, it was not important to them.

Wow - I can't praise Ana at Instant Imprints enough for the amazing customer support she provided in getting my printed materials ready. All at the LAST MINUTE because of course I didn't have my artwork ready until it was almost too late. But Ana and the people at Instant Imprints saved me - thanks!And the print quality? Superb, perfect.

Don't waste your time. I emailed them a while back telling them exactly what I was looking for and they told me they'd get me a quote. Two weeks went past and they still hadn't given me a quote. I reach out to them again, and they said they'd get me a quote the next day, well I still have yet to receive one and its now been months.I tried to support local, but ended up taking my business else ware.

I changed my mind on the item I got once I arrived there. I was amazed by not only the staff, promised timeline, price but also the final product. I will definitely use this place again ?

I was looking for a printing job for a business front name...but I call other printing house in town and all told me that they will give me an appointment for an study of my project??? I was looking to do small sign!!!Then I found "Instant Imprints" they give the best service and they did it faster in the same day...surprisingly!!! Ask for Ana she is sweet and an expert.
