Had an oil change, I think the system had the wrong oil quantity. Checking the oil level, I noticed it was over full.
Went back and asked if they can address the issue, the manager was rude. When I asked if she could let me know what they’ll be doing to correct the issue, she got defensive accusing me of trying to tell her how to do her job.
I think it’s common courtesy to let your clients know what you’ll be doing on their vehicle and not discard their concerns.
I deescalated the situation but will definitely avoid this place. Not a pleasant experience for what was meant to be a simple oil change.

Based on the sticker from my last oil change (at a competitor), I figured I was due and went to the Jiffy Lube instead since I didn't really enjoy my experience at the last one.
When I arrived, Courtney was incredibly kind and pleasant and took down my info, since I'd not been there before. I told her I was looking for an oil change and they got to work on checking.
Courtney then came over and asked me when I got it done last, because the oil as far as they could tell looked great. Her and her colleagues advised me that my oil was still in good condition, and that if I didn't want to change it I likely didn't need to.
Since I now didn't need the oil change, she was kind enough to write me a sticker with the correct mileage so I'd know.
During the light check, I found that my daytime bulb burnt out and asked if her and her team could change that for me. They agreed and began to look at it.
However, foiled by that German engineering, it turned out that the light change was substantially more involved then they were able to do, and since they couldn't verify the bulb, they were hesitant to have me but a new one from them without knowing for sure what type of bulb it was.
All this to say, I had a wonderful experience at this Jiffy Lube location. Courtney was kind and friendly, as were her colleagues, and their honesty and knowledge was incredibly refreshing and appreciated.
Needless to say, I will be going back when I actually need an oil change! To Courtney and team, thank you so much for your time and efforts spent! I wholeheartedly appreciate it!

I don't like going to get oil changes, it's my husband's job, but I had to, and he told me to drive to this location and the car (and I) will be taken care of. And so it was. What an amazing, friendly, polite, accommodating team! I think I am okay to go for the next oil change, too. This team here rocks!

I'm still coming here! And it's still amazing! The service is still top notch and the staff are just as amazing as before. No complaints at all. Thanks Jiffy Lube! I'll definitely continue to use your service.
I have had my last 3 oil changes here with zero issues and amazing service. I just pull right in, wait about 15-30min and it's done. The staff are quick to get you in and take care to look over your vehicle. They don't pressure you into buying anything extra and are very laid back. I would definitely recommend this location. The price is also very reasonable and lasts longer than I expected. Thanks jiffy lube! I will continue to use your services!
