I just had an excellent experience at Jump+ Guelph - They helped me with some information my phone provider hadn't told me, and helped me out with a new phone. Informative, helpful staff, Highly recommend.

I would not go here again or recommend their services. They charge more than the actual Apple store since they charge a labour fee and there is a chance Apple will not acknowledge them and instead refer to them as a third-party provider. I paid $1100 for a screen and speaker repair and was told my battery was fine, not even 5 months later my battery crashed and Jump+ could not provide a resolution to the issue in which they basically told me it is my issue now. I would have just bought an entirely new laptop if I had been recommended to do so.

On December 19, 2023 my iPhone was locked and I was catching a plane in 4 hours to head away for Christmas. Thank goodness for James who was professional, calm and expedited my issue with positive results right then and there. I cannot thank him enough for the excellent customer service I experienced that day. It truly was a Christmas miracle. Thank you James at Jump+ Stone Road Guelph

I am very upset and disappointed after paying a premium price to get a battery replaced in my iPhone. The phone was presented to Jump+ in pristine condition. It was returned covered in sticky goo, and the screen protector was lifted at the top right corner. Based on the condition of the exterior, I can only imagine what they did on the inside of the phone. It’s an expensive phone, and I take extremely good care of my possessions. I had hoped that Jump+, as an apple reseller, would provide a good service, especially because they charge almost twice as much as their competitors to replace batteries. Clearly, I was wrong and I am very angry. Never again. ZERO stars.

Super impressed with the staff both service and friendly. Incredibly helpful. I am never taking an apple product to an unlicensed service provider ever again. You may think the other way is cheaper but in the end it isn’t.

I brought my dad with me to see if I could get my AirPods fixed. They couldn’t do anything for me, which sucks, but I will say the guy at the counter had 10/10 conflict resolution skills. Those online training modules everyone skips? This man paid attention to every second. Sorry for putting those skills to the test today.

10 stars!!! Highly recommend!! Amazing customer service!! Just got off the phone with a service representative due to the “dreaded iPhone black screen”. CSR was a rockstar and able to trouble shoot with my daughter and I over the phone, saving us the drive and wait time. Her phone was back up and running within minutes!!

Frankly, I'm grateful to be alive. The fixtures at this location are stunning. What's more is the incomparably diverse selection of gizmos and gadgets. Including a wide array of accessories for each gizmo and each gadget. The air just feels different in this store. I can only compare it to the first breath of crisp fall air after overcoming a sinus infection - and even that cannot encapsulate the euphoria this shop thrusts upon me. Sometimes at night I get scared. This store has well-educated staff at the ready to help you with any questions you may have about gadgets, gizmos, or gadget and gizmo accessories. They are extremely patient and showed me what all the knobs and buttons on each gadget and gizmo can do. No complaints from me. I've never complained a day in my life anyway. This location had just found itself a new repeat customer! My only complaint? The staff need more eye-catching and dazzling uniforms. I kept asking customers about gizmos and they had no clue what the hell they were talking about. No complaints about this expertly-run retail store. I would love to return to this location, but each time I do the 4 walls around me creep a little closer. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING JUMP PLUS GUELPH!

We dealt with Ryder at Jump+ today and he was so amazing! He went above and beyond and then some to help us fix our phone problem-he even spoke with customer support and used his own phone to fix the problem.In this day and age its hard to get any service at most places let alone good service but Ryder truly showed that he cared and was willing to help us with a very poorly timed mishap. We need more Ryders in the world for sure!

Would like to say the the team in the back fixing our problems were amazing, how ever sales staff in the front lost a large sale with us as they had no time or energy to even consider helping us. We had phoned about buying a MacBook Pro for my soon and a New I Mac for home. Went into the store 3 hrs before closing and made them well aware of what we were buying. When it came time for us to talk about what spec and types of computers we were after the clerk told us it wasn't what they had in stock and it would be months before we would see the product, if we didn't want to buy what he had on hand to go else were. We did that went over to Best Buy were in the store for 15 min not 4 hrs and walked out with the computers to our specs and paid less then told at the Jump store.

Brought in my airpod pros. My one side had the crackling issue. The team greeted me in a timely manner (within seconds of walking in). I explained my issue. They walked me through the steps and and instead of fixing one airpod, they replaced both so that the issue doesn't come back. They gave me an eta and it came back even faster than that. Overall happy with the services. Wish I could remember the staffs name to shout them out but again they were amazing to deal with.
