The hot food section is significantly poorer quality than the location in Ancaster. The chicken cutlet sandwich was dry, and had no sauce.
The Bento sushi portions are somehow way smaller than in Ancaster. The avocado in the rolls was browning.
Management should go visit the Ancaster location to see what the gold standard looks like.

Went to go get some treats in the bakery. My friend that works there was helping me out and recommending what I should get she is doing her job. Then he manager comes over and gets mad at her for not doing her job when she is literally helping me out. I went home mad at that dude and was wondering why he would do something like that to another employee when she was doing her job. Terrible management

Great variety of groceries plus prepared foods. Reasonable prices. Some selection of sugar free or keto foods as well. Their soups are delicious.

I picked up a Too Good to Go package last night. The photos attached show the date (which is within the best before) however the product is covered in white mold. Gross! I don’t know how the person who packaged this up didn’t see this.
I am a Longo’s shopper. Will continue to be. I will never get another TGTG from this store again. Buyer beware!

Can not stand the self checkout. I went this morning and there was zero people at the registers, only one woman at the customer service. Just pay some people to be cashiers unless you want customers to start giving themselves employee discounts.
