Darshik was extremely friendly and helped me find the difficult size boots I wanted to try on. He was patient and attentive as I asked various questions about the boots I was interested in. His knowledgeable responses and helpful advice greatly assisted me in making my purchase decision. It's rare to receive such dedicated customer service, and I wanted to express my appreciation for his exceptional assistance.

Place an online order here at your own risk. If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an online order on Friday, paid for it by debit and then decided to cancel the order based on their ridiculous online process. The manager (Corbyn) processed the cancellation by calling the customer service phone number but then refused to process a debit refund. The order was cancelled before the item was shipped. Long story short, I had to contact Mark's customer service and the Retail Department to file a complaint and get a refund from another store in Niagara Falls close to home because I refused to go back to this Guelph store to deal with incompetent staff for the refund. The whole refund process took 3 days. This was the worst retail experience at Mark's! The manager (Leslie) at the Niagara Falls store was very kind and apologetic. However, I will think twice about shopping at any Mark's location now.

At the checkout, I expressed dissatisfaction with the language barrier when the Indian cashier, who didn't speak English, struggled to process my $50 gift card and cash transaction.

I went to buy product shown on sale but I was told oh those are not on sale even though it said styles and size vary in stores...but girl at store said not as same in picture but I pointed out style and sizes vary..nope had to pay regular price ..that just reminded my why I don't shop at Mark's

Excellent customer service, very clean and organized store with good prices. They are well staffed and you can always find someone for help. The staff is very nice. It was easy finding the pair of work boots that I wanted.

I visited Mark's store today with high hopes of utilizing my company's promotion offering a generous 25% discount using my annual entitlement voucher. However, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. Despite presenting the voucher, the manager outright denied issuing the discount, insisting that it's only applicable if I pay out of my own pocket. This inconsistency in honoring promotional offers is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store's customer service. Extremely dissatisfied with the experience.
