This store usually has great inventory, good location too. I just can't rate it any higher than 3-stars because almost every time I try to return something I always run into an issue. Whereas at a different location they do the return without an issue. Unsure why this is

I come to this location a lot. Usually there is lots of selection of clothes, hats, toys, etc... and are good deals.
I recommend Marshalls Stone Road Mall.

If I could rate this place a zero I would, this is specifically for the manager yesterday that did not help myself and my partner whatsoever. Tried to purchase a pair of shoes, they were mismatched sizes but they already sold the other pair without knowing so these were the last pair left of my partners size. The cashier was lovely and polite when dealing with her but then asked her manager who said to our faces they would throw them out and could not sell them to us due to “store policy” even though they had already put the purchase through. So you’re telling me that you would rather adhere to this policy, throw out a brand new pair of shoes and have customer dissatisfaction instead of just letting the sale go through as you already have with the mismatched pair you let slip through?! Unbelievable I am so disappointed

We visit Marshall's almost everytime we stop by Stone Road mall. While we're not shopping for anything specific most of the time, we do find good deals on items sometimes like potted plants for decor, t-shirts, kitchenware or bath items that are marked down from regular price. This location has a decent selection compared to other Marshall's locations I've visited.

Had a really odd experience at this Marshall’s location today. Some back story: I bought my husband a t shirt a few days ago but unfortunately it didn’t fit him so we had to go exchange it. Now I am not the type of person to lose receipts, but for some reason there was no receipt in the original bag I used to put the t shirt in at the time of purchase, however the t shirt still had its original tag on and the shirts were still for sale in the store. So today, my husband and I went to pick out a different shirt for him to exchange, which was the same price. I have worked in retail for a few years now in the exact same mall as this Marshall’s. We allow customers to do an exchange without a receipt if the tags are still on the merchandise for the same value as the original merchandise or if they pay a difference. So today when we got up to the cash register, and we explained our situation, I was asked by the cashier to give them a piece of ID. Never have I had to give a retail store my personal identification to return a t shirt. When I asked the cashier why they require ID, she could not give me a straight answer and used the lazy excuse that it’s just their policy. Well after doing some digging, on the back of Marshall’s receipts and on their website, no where does it say that they require personal identification. This was one of the weirdest retail interactions that I have ever dealt with. Especially with so many security breaches happening within companies right now, it’s ridiculous that Marshalls expects this of its customers.

My vistit was marked by an impressive array of products and good organization, making it easy to find what I needed. However, while the store's presentation was excellent, customer service left something to be desired, with staff seeming somewhat preoccupied and occasionally difficult to locate for assistance. With a greater emphasis on improving customer service, This store could fully realize its potential as a 5 star for sure.Additionally, the store's cleanliness and organization contribute to a pleasant shopping environment, making it easy to navigate aisles and locate items.

The products were below average I asked this manager for help and she was no help she barely listened to me because she was too busy flirting with a employee that looked ten years younger than her. It was so unprofessional and the boy looked uncomfortable as well. I’m not sure if this is normal for this store but I was unimpressed I just left because the manager or supervisor was no help, I will not come to this store again. I think I overheard her name being Tina or tima I am not sure but I wish there was better management or help to us customers.
