My initial appointment with Medigas was good. They got me the equipment I needed and got me started with a cpap. Since then, I have had poor experiences. The heated hose I bought stopped regulating the humidity rather quickly and I when I called about warranty was told there was none. I bought another hose recently but didn't use it right away. I waited until I was having issues with mine and then began using it three weeks ago. It developed a hole right near where the plastic end attaches. I called again, explained that I had only been using it three weeks, and this time was told the warranty was only 30 days. I asked to speak with a manager, hoping that they may be able to make an exception under the circumstances. I was told no manager was available and that they would call me back. No manager ever called me back. From now on, I will go elsewhere for my CPAP supplies and suggest others do as well.

Karyn has gone above and beyond to help me with my respiratory concerns and equipment. She has collated my information and consulted on my behalf with my sleep doctor, all with kindness and a professional manner--amazing! Highly recommend for knowledgeable and personalized service!

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Medigas Guelph. When my machine konked out in the middle of the night after its life cycle, quite dramatically while sick with covid, Erin helped me out arranging a loaner until I could see the sleep doctor for a new prescription.
Erin, Karyn, Fatima, Tolu, and Terri are all really friendly, kind and compassionate. They know their work so well and are very helpful with tips and information. I couldn't imagine a more caring group to walk alongside my journey to better health. So grateful, merci!

The Medigas location in Guelph provides excellent customer service. Karyn has been exceptionally helpful determining the correct settings for my BIPAP machine, often checking back with me on weekends, and evenings. A switch in mask was necessary and I am starting to get the benefit of this therapy. Thanks to Karyn for her patience with me.

I picked up my CPAP equipment in Waterloo as I could not get an appointment in Guelph at the time. I have had some serious issues with my full face mask and pressures. I reached out to Waterloo but they were having phone issues so I was referred to Karyn at the Guelph store.
Karyn called me and walked me through some scenarios and I explained my issues. We had several phone calls and finally I needed to go into the store and try out a different mask. The mask issue is not resolved but Karyn went out of her way to help me spending a great deal of time reviewing my data and making some adjustments to my equipment even though they were short staffed and dealing with other clients.
I am sure to get my situation figured out and many thanks to Karyn.

Front desk attendant was disinterested and totally unhelpful. I ordered two cpap masks and some other items and advised I was leaving the area for two weeks and would pick up the masks when back. When my wife called to confirm that the masks were there the same attendant claimed that she recalled that I returned the next day and picked them up. I called to dispute this and low and behold she had “just found them” .
No apology. No explanation. Her account was inaccurate and may have been untruthful. Shame. There are some very good people there but I will no longer be a client.

Terrible service from medigas. Told driver will be there tomorrow to pick up a bed no time frame given.The driver shows up at 7pm at night then still has to take apart bed. Not sure if Guelph store but still medigas.
