Took my disabled wife to get a new walker. We were greeted by the rudest and most miserable person to walk the planet. The worst experience ever. This person should never work with the public, let along with disabled people. Highly recommend avoiding this store!

My parents have used Mobility in Motion for years but my first interaction was this January. I cannot say enough about the compassion and professionalism of the entire staff I encountered.
Moving my parents to a higher level of care while keeping them together has been a challenge in our current healthcare system.
Mobility in Motion understood how important keeping a couple together is and found solutions for getting my dad his equipment (and out of the hospital)in the most timely way possible.
Chris (who fit and determined if my father was capable of using an electric wheelchair ) my dad refers to as ‘my friend Chris’. Dad enjoyed seeing him so much he felt he has a new friend.
Thank you for being a bright light in what has been a very difficult journey.

Well based on the tone and attitude of the person answering the phone call I just made for a purchase inquiry, I will not be pursuing doing business here. Who ever just answered the phone with the condescending and annoyed tone, needs to remember they are the face of the company.

WOW, that's all I can say about this company. I purchased a product several years back and experienced GREAT service.Now years later I am faced with a recall and told by the manufacturer to connect with the agents that sold me the product. Well, I have been trying for MONTHS now...YES MONTHS! My wife is disabled and we have had some medical issues which made connecting lengthy, however this is not the problem. I have been calling STACY for these MONTHS and repeatedly being sent to her voicemail. I have left dozens of messages for a return call to see what can be done to resolve my problem with my equipment. NOT ONE RETURN CALL - COMPLETE AVOIDANCE! Reception says she's on the phone every time I call...(I should play the lottery with this luck!)At any rate, you win Motion in Mobility and I will connect with the manufacturer to see how we can resolve this. To Mobility in Motion, I was simply looking for guidance and help from what I thought was a supportive small business. A point to note for the owners, my wife has a Mobility scooter, 2 walkers, and a wheelchair and I am now in need of further equipment to support her in the home. As a member of a small community (past business owner) I go out of my way to support local small business with my spending. Unfortunately Mobility in Motion this behavior is completely unacceptable, and unexpected given the challenges small business face.To those who choose to read this review, actions speak volumes of a businesses integrity as do lack of actions. Choose wisely when you decide on a provider. I hope this review will at the very least cause Mobility in Motion to review how they do business.In closing, shout out to Karyn at Medigas in Guelph, who went out of her way to answer my question and support me as best she could.Steve

I have been dealing with mobility in Motion for about 8 months now for batteries for my scooter and repairs. I have to say the staff and the people who come out to service my scooter had been very friendly and helpful. crystal has been so helpful and had told me things that I was not aware of such as funding from ODSP. I just want to say thank you to everyone!!!

Do not use this company, bought a wheel chair from them a few years back. took almost a year before it was delivered. needed some parts a year later. dealt with Chris Rose, never received the parts, spoke to Chris on phone and said they were to be shipped with other parts. Well its probabley 2 years later never heard a thing from this company again or Chris Rose. Bought a chair lift and wheel chair from them at a value of 20k and still let me down. I will purchase my next $7k Wheel chair from someone else!

Horrible place. I have a Traumatic Brian Injury. They installed a raised toilet seat, someone sat on it and it broke and she fell off. Imagine after me being in the hospital for 5 months- to slip off a toilet seat and hit my head? They also accused me of taking the back strap off the walker I was given. The lady who helped me was rude and super unprofessional. People coming into her company are those in need you think she would have a nice bone in her body. Please go somewhere else.

Customer Service ( I spoke with Crystal over the phone) was informative and very helpful. She provided me with information that I was not aware of with the process of getting funding for a wheelchair for my mother. Patient and compassionate. Thank you!

We purchased a lift recliner for my dad. Everything about our experience with this purchase was awesome. The expertise & helpfulness of the sales staff was really wonderful. The staff that delivered the chair were great and took time to explain all the features & to make sure my dad was comfortable with the chair. We would highly recommend Mobility in Motion and will go there first for future purchases.
