I would have given not even a single star here. Worst customer service ever, made me wait for 30 mnts to get my money through money mart. Tried to process the transaction from their end didn’t go through. They were messing up with the money order. And someone popped up to help. Wow! No help at all. Because they didn’t know what to do. And when i asked them how long? We don’t know we have to call money mart and ask them. Yeah rgt! And they tried to do it again and now it says the reference number is already used. I wasted enough of my time. I didn’t get my money. And now i have to come back again because there manager is not there. She will come and fix it. When i asked them for the estimated time, she said I don’t know. So who knows? Worst customer service is ever with zero knowledge.
