“Hired for Junk Removal Service. Friendly and Polite site workers were quite quick to remove contents of house. Company donates or recycles before sending to landfill. First contact I was given a price structure by volume, but when booking I was told there were extra charges for transportation ($100 per bin load) and $50 for booking fee which is not a deposit nor is refundable. The truck that showed up was a moving truck not a bin truck so I was told that it would hold 2+ bins worth of material. I was still charged for 2 bins worth of transportation. The was also a $100 'Valuation Fee' that has to do with damage to items in a move or damage to the house in a junk removal. Pricing from competition was even more difficult to understand though as one wanted to every item that was to be removed. I would use this company again.”

“An unbelievable excellent service! They showed up ahead of schedule for courtesy, ready to pick everything. They got everything loaded very quick, efficiently and without damaging anything. They even went as far as giving me recommendations on how to pack or wrap things so that I wouldn't damage my own stuff, truly amazing service. The entire crew was extremely professional, very friendly and they got everything moved, set and ready to go at our new place. They even got the entire move from point A to B done faster than what we had originally planned for. Very professional, on time, everything was taken care of as if the stuff was their own.
