The Old Navy is an apparel and accessories brand for the entire family, featuring everything from jeans (in 180 sizes!) to comfy fleece and bestselling activewear. The staff is pretty hands-off but nice enough, and the sale racks can be a bit disorganized and cluttered. However, the change rooms are clean and a good size, and the customers love the clothes, which come in a wide range of sizes and are inclusive. Many customers have had excellent experiences at Old Navy, particularly praising the service of a staff member named Sana (or Sanen). Sana has been described as helpful, professional, and friendly, offering great assistance in the dressing rooms and at the cash register. It's a pretty standard Old Navy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The clothes are relatively inexpensive and functional. Sales and super cash and make purchases a real deal.
