Store is jam packed full of good stuff, but it's a small location and aisles are super tight. Makes me feel like I should just get done and out of the way before I'm done really browsing.

it is my second time to bring in kids clothes. I just got back $ after waiting for a couple of hours.. i should have taken back everything because I bet you they took the Zara pants that was never used for $1. I read other reviews that they only take branded clothes, lol! so true, a complete joke! I bet I can sell it higher at Marketplace. Never will I drop it off here again. lesson learned.

Literally the best once upon a child out there. I hate that I live an hour away… but maybe my wallet is happier for that ;). Their instagram is awesome! Watch out for their stories for some of their many goodies you’ll find there. Don’t get me started on the cheap body suits and sleepers! A baby necessity at a fraction of brand new!Only downside is the stores just a little too small for all the awesome 2nd hand clothes! So it can be a bit cramped. But I’ll take it!

Unnecessarily rude staff, we brought in several books all in good condition, as well as full sets of Playmobile and board games. Waited for over two hours and then were offered $4.00 for everything.
The staff was very rude, uncommunicative and condescending for no reason.
Use Facebook market place to sell and trade, it's so much easier and you don't get ripped off.

Dropped off a few boxes of clothes and noticed that all the name brand clothes were bought however all the Walmart or off brands weren’t purchased. I like the store and the experience has always been great but disappointing that they only bought the higher end fashion items that are a higher price point. Some families may need the lower end price point that would come from lower end name brands.

Great selection of used (and some new) clothing. Picked up some outfits for my newborn and was very happy with my purchases. I’ll be back to get more as he grows!

I had never been to a once upon a child location, the guelph location was my first time. I was amazed by how organized, neat and well run it was. Since then I have been to multiple different locations, I had assumed they were all going to be as well run but was surprised to see that the guelph location definitely stood out for all round cleanliness, service and organization. So great job to that location and all of their workers.

Anytime I’ve come in the customer service is great!So buying anything from the store isn’t an issue, how ever some of the products in store are over priced,But when it comes to buying something from customers I always feel like it’s a waste of time, like I’ve brought in brand new clothing literally still with the tag on it and get pennies for it or straight up refused.I don’t understand and I’m not the only customer that feels this way either. I don’t know if the employees (the ones in charge of the buy counter) are just extremely picky or judging by the person for what they bring in or what.I just know I won’t be bringing anything else into this location.

8$ for a toddler t-shirt… the place is well run but I can get a brand new t-shirt at Walmart for 4$. I would love to buy second hand but the prices are ridiculous.Editing as a reply to below; I just bought 2 George shirts and a pair of George pants (before looking at Walmarts brand new prices), I looked at all of the prices and they were consistent, maybe varying by 50 cents or so. T-shirts we’re 8$ and pants were $10… or more! So $20 for a toddler outfit. Seems more like you’re taking advantage of the current price gouging crisis and have thrown sustainability to the wayside. You’re charging vintage shop prices without putting in any of the cleaning or repairs that a vintage shop would. Also the cash that you pay customers on the spot is pennies.As I said, it’s well organized and the staff have been great, but in my opinion the prices are outrageous.
