Worst customer service ever! There is a blonde older lady that works there that treated me like an inconvenience to help and was snarky the whole time. I have always been polite and patient and realize people have bad days but this is the fourth experience with her like this. I have each time ended up shopping online or going to an out of town store. I wear my pandora bracelets, rings, necklace and earrings everyday and get compliments constantly. I'm going to use this to advise my patients and people to never shop at the Guelph store. It's not worth the feeling for anyone to feel like an inconvenience when alot of people are there buy something that means something special to them.

Went to return a bracelet I bought yesterday and they said I could not return it as it had been worn. The lady named joy was being snarky and rude and refused to let us return the item I bought less then 24 hours ago. We were given a receipt but no bag so they said we could not return as we had worn it even though the item was bought less than 24 hours ago. We were even told that there is a 30 day return policy but that still didn’t matter. The manager joy was being extremely rude and added snarky comments and continued to refuse giving us our money back. We have boughten many things from this pandora before but they did not care. I recommend not purchasing anything from this store as the manager joy is terrible. She should not be working as a manager with that attitude. This is not the first review I’ve seen that has mentioned about the older lady joy being this way. DO NOT SHOP HERE! ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE SERVICE. 175$ DOWN THE DRAIN.

Bad and snarky costumer service. The older lady with blonde hair was snobby and rude. She told us we couldn’t return an item not even a day after trying it on, even though she gave us a receipt and told us we had 30 days. She didn’t even offer or give us a bag for it. If you go to this one to return something please tell them it’s a gift or they won’t accept it.

Daughter received a ring less than 48 hours ago from her bf. It is already tarnished at the base. They will not replace it because they say she wore it (um yes we typically wear jewelery ) and must have ‘done something to it’. Like what exactly?!?! She has owned at least 3 other rings from Pandora and has never had this issue. Staff was extremely rude to her and condescending. Picking on a 19 year old. Won’t give me the number of the owner of the store and said there is nothing ‘physically’ wrong with it. I beg to differ. I called to speak to ‘Joy’ who laughed several times during the call. How insensitive. Do not shop here.

Went to this location to purchase a charm but was treated as if I was bothering the sales lady (older woman). Left without purchasing anything and went to another location instead.

i went in to exchange a bracelet i got last week which was too tight on my wrist. unfortunately they couldn’t because i had worn it to try it on and they couldn’t take it back. this was fine, but what was not fine was the attitude of the lady and her manager that was there. they were rude and was not helpful at all. overall i didn’t have a good experience at this store.

I attempted to go to this location 3 separate times after the last lockdown ended and the mall was reopened. The first time this store was completely dark with mail littered all over the floor and neighboring stores told me they had not reopened. A week and a half later I checked their website and it showed they were open, so I went again. They were still not open. The same mail was still all over their entry way. Guest services told me they did not know what was going on becauae Pandora head office staff had not returned any calls. The next week I was in the mall for another reason and decided to check again. It was the same situation but because the mail had been picked up I asked guest services who told me it was now reopened. I told them the store was dark. When I was leaving the mall a lady was unlocking and entering. I asked her if they were opening, she said she was running behind but she would open in about 10 minutes. This was after 11am. The mall and all other stores opened at 10. I finally got what I was looking for but I won't shop here again. I'll find another jewelry brand to support.

I went into this location today to exchange a Christmas present that did not fit. When I went I verified that I could complete an exchange considering the length of time since the purchase, but with Covid and many stores closed so I could not sooner. The associate told me that they could complete the exchange, no worries. Then she asked me if it was purchased at that location, it was not so she denied the exchange due to Covid. I live two and a half hours away from the Pandora store I purchased it from and this weekend was in the area of this location so I made sure to bring it. I informed the associate of how far I live and it is not easy to get to one of their locations due to distance. I do not understand how they can accept exchanges but only from their location? Either way the product has left their store and would need to be disinfected. It has been sitting in the box for months. She directed me their website to return this through, so I am supposed to ship this back then have another one mailed to me?? Rather than just completing the return for me right there? I am not a fan of online shopping, I would like to see the product I am getting. This is extremely disappointing considering I have easily spent over a thousand dollars on Pandora product for gift giving and was also planning on purchasing a gift for an upcoming event at this store. I have always received such good service until today. I honestly do not know if I will be shopping this brand going forward, upsetting service.
