Great experience! I was returning an online order and even though there was a bit of confusion on how much my refund was, the employee was willing to explain what the issue was and how he was trying to resolve it. I was able to get my refund, and then get a smile or two in from watching the cats that are up for adoption play.

Usually always have what I'm looking for and need! Until this last appointment, No more grooming or bathing Jake!! I didn't bring him there to be wounded, sorry I am beside myself with anger.

First of all the lady who helped me was cold, rude and impolite. Second off betta were kept in poor conditions and 2 were dead. Algae was growing in their cups! This is a major problem. This lady needs a real big evaluation of her job in customer services. Not impressed!!!

Poor costumer service. Would not sell me a pet beta fish calling me incompetent because I didn’t have a picture of my fish tank from home. When asking questions to her, she was impolite and didn’t answer our questions.

Excellent classes at a good price. Really enjoyed my Trainer. I do wish the class had a few more dogs/puppies. I would recomend these classes to any new dog owner

Staff is very rude, we went to go adopt a kitten for our loving home and the staff was very impolite. Terrible customer service.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. I've had bad luck with their Mystery Snails, but they are good about returns. They have set aside a bunch of space to help adopt out shelter animals.

Absolutely abhorrent care standards for your betta fish. Do better or find other jobs. All of your staff and especially management should be ASHAMED of yourselves.
