I own multiple different species of reptiles , although the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The lack the stock that would make me visit more regularly. ( for example fake plants for my crested gecko) I’ve been trying to buy themfrom them for like a month now. Also wish they carried more selections for enclosures and wish they carried isopods

Misha, once again has shown above and beyond service to my Delilah! I couldn't be happier with the friendly service, through detail and explanations of services involved in today's grooming. Well, this is our new pet store. Lots of good stuff for our brand new dog moose. He loves the treats. He loves the toys and the training center is top notch was day two today. He seems to be a smart pop and he is learning lots from our trainer.

Nice enough staffing but poor stocking in the fish department and mostly common sicknesses in the almost every tank. I noticed that many of the the fish have bacterial and fungal infections plus common parasite. If you buy any of their non feeder goldfish they have various issues that won't kill the fish until its too late to return. The use of medications is rare the aquatic plants are often destroyed and overpriced for what they are and need to be carefully nursed back from the dead. I am an experienced fish keeper here are some pictures of my tanks

My dog loves this place and this is one of his favorite places in town. Service was always great and never had any bad experience This place is always busy, but I never had to waited at a checkout.The place is very well organized and stocked. Keep it up. Highly recommend this store.

Small animals especially the hamsters and gerbils had messed up hides that exposed sharp plastic that could cut them. I understand these animals chew plastic but it needs to be replaced when it gets this bad… wouldn’t be surprised if the hamsters and gerbils all had cuts as it looked very jagged. Also how are they supposed to sleep in it as it is a hide..? Especially with the bright lights and no where to hide very stressful … saw dozens of new hides on the shelves so I know they could replace them. Do better. Ps. Been like this for a very long time noticed this weeks ago on my last cricket run.

Had such a great experience with my daughter finding a tank mate for our fish Everest.The young lady who helped us was super helpful and had a ton of patience assisting us on what colour to get for our Glotank.The young lady at the cashier was very knowledgeable about the food we purchased as well.Great , friendly staff.Highly recommend!

So I called a week advance and asked if they had time for my dog and They first booked me on Wednesday the 26th then called me later that day and said no groomer was Available so I agreed to move it another day then they gave me the next day which was Thursday the 27th and the women who spoke to me on the phone miscommunicated and wasn’t clear on what she had said. As I explained to her how my dog has recovering hot spots and cracked paw pads and was cleared by his vet to get groomed but they told me to inform the groomers ahead about being a little gentle with him in those areas. Over the phone the women had explained she understood what I had said as I told her twice and when I went in they wasted my time for my dogs appointment because he was wearing a muzzle which his vet told us to make him wear due to hot spots in the healing process. Due to that she said they couldn’t take him for his appointment. They don’t have any signage nor do they tell their customers about their policy with muzzles. The staff wasn’t very welcoming and kind during that visit and it made me feel uncomfortable as I know every individual has their own life and are busy and mine being hectic as I do nights. For me getting my dog a bath and groomed is very important to me as I like to have him clean. So then I asked when they had time next because I was tired as I came from work and they told me they had time the next day which was Friday the 28th and so I booked for that day. My dog has lots of energy so sometimes he gets anxious and doesn’t know how to control it. I informed the staff and groomer who was handling my dog about this aswell. She said it’s fine she’ll try to do her best. I came to get my dog and I asked her very politely how my dog’s appointment went and she said “terrible he isn’t welcome anymore due to his behaviour and he doesn’t behave well”. What upsets me is how she didn’t even explain what happened and just said I’m not welcomed with my dog anymore at the groomers. My dog has been going there since he was a puppy and all the sudden the disrespect I received was truly disgusting and disappointing. My dog wasn’t even brushed out properly and his tail fur was all crumpled and messed up as if the hair was teased. The girls name was Breanne C but there is another girl not sure her name. Don’t even deserve 1 star.

I cannot express how blown away I was with the grooming experience my dog had today. From start to finish, every single staff member in the grooming department and at the check out were so kind and helpful. Eliza was the groomer my dog was booked with and she knocked it out of the park. My dog has Addison’s so he does not handle stress very well, and it also causes him to shed a crazy amount of fur year round. He has been groomed at other businesses in the past with sub-par results, so I didn’t have the highest of hopes for this appointment.But- Wow, he came out of the appointment so clean and shed-free, it was shocking in the best way. He was also showing no signs of stress or anxiety, which is unheard of for him after going anywhere like a groomers or vet.Highly recommend Eliza, 10/10 - will book again!

How is the PetSmart in guelph on sliver Creek still open I went to get fish from there I walked in all u can see is everything tank was beyond dirty and needed a good clean and I can see 20 dead fish and as i was looking they kept pushing me to make a purchase and when I. Was getting my fish they answered the phone 3 time and they got two people crickets. It was the worse experience I can't not believe ur still open and I'm going to do everything to shut u down
