The staff here were extremely helpful in getting debit and credit cards setup for my first accounts, they explained everything clearly and throughoulgy to best assist me. I am happy to be using RBC going forward!

Went in looking to get a plan to get back on track financially (which I’ve been working very hard at for the past 2 years). I left with a worse credit score and was told the only way to get anywhere was to fill a savings account with them. Don’t think the person I talked to understood what I was there for. Been a customer for many years. Going to switch banks. Wish banks actually wanted to help people still.

Extremely poor service because I should only use one branch if I want to be considered and rbc client. Clearly the staff either isn’t trained well or rbc doesn’t care for their customer to use all they’re branches wherever they are… extremely disappointed.

i always disappoint with RBC service on this location, today i went to print out statements and they take 15 minutes after that they said they can print statements and said i have to print it out and then they will stamp it, On the other side last time they print out same statements and stamp as well. Why they say no this time, Totally bad experience with RBC. You should focus on your service.

Not a customer yet. But Hanna was extremely helpful . Very polite and accommodating. really made me feel welcome despite not being a customer. I haven’t dealt with any other staff though.

I was deal with an Estate . The other 2 banks involved in the Estate are Td and Scotia Bank. Their Estate Departments are absolutely dreams to work with. RBC on the other hand - beyond horrible. I am so incredibly disappointed and saddened by the run around and delays. Please note, that at the branch Manager Colin Watt she is discriminated ,if you are not white skin please do not use that bank .

Sometimes the online/phone RBC systems just don't work and you have to go to a branch - the young man who helped me today with a business account need found a work-around to assist me that I'd never get online. Worth the visit!

Can't reach anyone by phone. Just have a quick question and dont need an appointment. Theres no way to talk to an associate, only an automated system.
