Prescription never ready on time have to call repeatedly. Then you get to the store and have to wait to fill after filling on line a week ago. Pharmacist flirts with men and treats women like they don’t exist.

I switched from Shoppers on Eramosa to Rexall. Yes hours are not as flexible. But they never short count me prescriptions. I'm tired or prescription shortages and line ups. The Pharmacists are great and never have a line. Fantastic

I was there today with the whole fam for our flu shots.Every single staff member we interacted with was very nice!Sara E (pharmacist) was amazing with the kids! Patient and kind.

we switched from shoppers to here years ago and it’s been great. the pharmacists are always good and even go above and beyond,i have even had them print more info off to help without even asking. the store is always stocked well and clean and staff always are nice. def a great place compared to others

Went to the store to check the price of some stuff I need and leave because I did not have enough money, I came back an hour later after got the money I need, and these two girls were tailing me? I was checking out some stuff for Mother’s Day as well as myself and yet there was a girl tailing me the whole time, though I was extremely uncomfortable I did not say anything to make things awkward for the people in the store. After checking out, they followed me out the store and accused me of stealing? Putting something in my bag? All I did in the store was taking out my wallet and check if I have enough money like any person would! Yet I got accused of stealing, not only that, apparently they “caught it on camera” and when I asked to see the footage, they refused? I mean don’t get me wrong but the only way you’re gonna prove to me that I stole something is showing me the footage. Though misunderstandings happen, they never apologize for wrongly accusing me...never thought I would experience something like this, don’t know if this is discrimination but it is definitely a disappointing moment.

6 separate prescriptions, over six months, they screwed up every single time. I even talked to the lady pharmacist who told me to ask for or talk to her if I ever had any trouble again, 1 month later, trouble again, she just gave me attitude. No more chances. Lots of pharmacies around. One almost next door.

I went to the pharmacy today regarding a concern about my husband's medical condition and his medication. The pharmacist when over and above for me. Solved my problem, calmed my concerns and gave excellent advice. Very grateful.

I love my Rexall store. I felt like a member of their family and part of their neighbourhood right from the start.I changed from a large drug store franchise/chain about 2 years ago, and have never looked back. It was strictly a pharmaceutical decision and yet I've found I enjoy the overall atmosphere of Rexall far more. It's laid back and easy going, more than any other franchise I've ever dealt with in the city.The Pharmacist's have gotten to know me and are accustomed to my regular monthly visits. They're very discreet and have gone out of their way to ensure I got my flu and booster shots on time, due to being part of the primary care list.I could go on , but I believe you have the picture......☺️‼️????????

Terrible experience with pharmacy today. Angry guy, who I assume was a pharmacy manager, maybe district manager didn't understand how to coordinate benefits but did know how to convey attitude and disappointment to the rest of his team (no fault of their own).Usually better than this, and willing to adjust my review if service improves.
