Such a fantastic store with the kindest staff. I went in for the first time today and the man who served me was such a pleasure to interact with, he was very generous, gave me tips on how to eat a food I'm trying for the first time, and was just so nice to talk to. Many beautiful products that aren't easy to find elsewhere in Guelph (for the fellow incense fans, this is the best selection of Satya that I've seen). I hope this business is well supported, these are the people and places that make cities better :)

So cleann! Loved how organized it was. Out of all the stores I’ve been to in Guelph, I’ve noticed that Safa has the best quality products. Really good customers service, so sweet, really wish more people knew about this store! 100% recommend!

The prices are expensive. I read the reviews before going and was hoping it would not be true, but I found the prices were too expensive compared to those in Kitchener and Mississauga.

Thankful for a Middle Eastern grocer so close to downtown. Halal butcher an added bonus. Great prices, lots of interesting and well priced goods. I need to visit more often.

Requested multiple times for the chicken to be cut into small pieces. The individual taking the order acknowledged and gave the meat without cutting it. I did not check until reaching home and we had to cut it again.
Had I known it would be a hinderance for him to cut it or he was incapable of comprehending instructions, I'd have gone to Nofrills to buy pre-packaged Halal. Supporting small business is hard when you get poor service such as this.
