Experienced a fraud incident and everyone there was remarkable and helpful when I had to set up a new card and all the issues I ran into along the way. All the explanations and information I needed was provided throughly so I understood the process. Both Hasmita and Scott were great :)

Ayush Garg, one of the financial advisors at this branch, is terrible. I asked him to consolidate my 2 line of credit accounts, and he decided to close my credit card account without my consent.

This is a stupid branch. People like to have a bank that has money. Not a bank that has no money. We don't want a concept bank. Money speaks volumes and that is what makes the world go around.

THE WORST BRANCH I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!
Two times i booked an appointment with GURMAN both the time I have been there I have got the worst service!!! Because she left both the time just say to other employees that she had an emergency at home. Both the time same excuses
Even i was there 10 minutes earlier thn the time of my appointment.
The people who work here have zero clue what they’re doing!

Is less than zero an option? You can never get ahold of someone - their ATM machines break all the time and get amounts wrong all the time. Not worth the headache of going here.

Sam from the Clair Rd branch is one of the most helpful Scotia associates I've had the pleasure of working with since moving some of my banking over to Scotia a few years ago. She helped me through several complicated banking logistics, offered solid recommendations to help in the future, and every time I visit that branch, I feel like she always genuinely cares about ensuring I feel taken care of with all my banking errands. Thank you Sam and the other fantastic ladies she works with at Scotia Clair Rd!

We’ve visited this branch three times since we’ve moved to Guelph, and each time the service has been great. The staff are very friendly, and the interior is quite cool. One important thing to note about this location is that it is a concept branch. It’s basically a glimpse of what Scotiabank will look like in the future, which is much more streamlined and cashless.

My debit card got expired and visited the bank. The card was supposed to send to me home address. But for some reason i didn’t receive it. So i went to the bank and asked them to resend the new card and they asked me to wait for 2 more weeks. I waited for 2 more weeks and still didn’t receive anything. So i went again and they said the same thing. Please wait for another week. It reached a point where my card got expired and i can’t even access my account. Finally they issued a new card and tried to activate it. Again there was some issues and i couldn’t login in my mobile app. When i asked them to help me fix it, the bank representative said that she can’t help and i should call customer care. I honestly think she doesn’t even know what she is doing. It is completely nonsense. Why did i even visited the bank in the first place if i can call the customer care from home. Such a bad experience with the branch. If they had done a good job i didn’t had to visit the bank thrice or call the customer care waiting for hours to get answered.I am really disappointed with the service they provided me at this branch

Haven’t witnessed a better circus. Workers won’t attend you without their self interest, the high command needs to check and replace the deadwood that has been rotting. I have been there multiple times and they have disappointed me every single time. THINK TWICE BEFORE COMING HERE FOR WORK. I RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH IF YOU WANT TO WITNESS A CIRCUS AND BE CLUELESS.

The teller is very rude and nosy there, I went to withdraw $40 and she asked me a ton of questions since I was from out of town, like what I’m doing there. It felt like an interrogation and she made me feel very uncomfortable.
