My debit card got expired and visited the bank. The card was supposed to send to me home address. But for some reason i didn’t receive it. So i went to the bank and asked them to resend the new card and they asked me to wait for 2 more weeks. I waited for 2 more weeks and still didn’t receive anything. So i went again and they said the same thing. Please wait for another week. It reached a point where my card got expired and i can’t even access my account. Finally they issued a new card and tried to activate it. Again there was some issues and i couldn’t login in my mobile app. When i asked them to help me fix it, the bank representative said that she can’t help and i should call customer care. I honestly think she doesn’t even know what she is doing. It is completely nonsense. Why did i even visited the bank in the first place if i can call the customer care from home. Such a bad experience with the branch. If they had done a good job i didn’t had to visit the bank thrice or call the customer care waiting for hours to get answered.I am really disappointed with the service they provided me at this branch

Haven’t witnessed a better circus. Workers won’t attend you without their self interest, the high command needs to check and replace the deadwood that has been rotting. I have been there multiple times and they have disappointed me every single time. THINK TWICE BEFORE COMING HERE FOR WORK. I RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH IF YOU WANT TO WITNESS A CIRCUS AND BE CLUELESS.

The teller is very rude and nosy there, I went to withdraw $40 and she asked me a ton of questions since I was from out of town, like what I’m doing there. It felt like an interrogation and she made me feel very uncomfortable.

You at least need one day time if you need something done at this location !!! receptionist was just passing her time by asking me millions of questions and still needed to ask more to verify my identity just wasted my time today went there to get a new debit card because i lost one receptionist asked me a bunch of questions that I answered perfectly right but she still had the audacity to ask more but not get the work done so i had to leave from there and go somewhere else such a shameful and frustrating service experience ever for a bank !!Awful customer service

I would give no stars to but it is not an option. This branch has absolutely 0 customer service. When you walk in there is lots of staff who appear to be doing nothing but walking around. These staff certainly are not looking after customers there are none. When you ask for assistance the response is “do you have an appointment “ ….really?? No one is in here. The simplest of task tends to be met with resistance. Go elsewhere!!!!

I've been banking with Scotiabank for over 20 years and at this branch for 12 of those years. This includes business and personal banking. I have seen a steady decline customer service ever since they switched to the teller less Branch model. For a while there they had some stability with employees that stuck around long enough to get to know their loyal clients but it seems to be transient at best. I know this isn't a reflection on Scotiabank as a whole because I have switched my primary brands to another one close by and continue to receive exemplary service from them. Scotiabank needs to take note and act the correct the situation at this branch before they start losing loyal personal and business clientele.

Branch manager is terrible and does not support her customers. I am ending my long time banking relationship because of the poor service from Branch Manager. This manager is not helpful and is very rude

I wouldn't even give them a star but how else do you complain about the service. I asked for an appointment and at one time they had hours into the evenings and Saturdays, but that's no more. They never even called to book the appointment. How is that service, now I need something but they are never open, instead I need to leave my essentials service job to maybe find someone working during my lunch that can help me out. Nope they have the people that can't help on at lunch while the managers are on lunch. I have been with Scotia almost 30 years. I guess it's time to move on.

What a disaster, I can not believe that they are still struggling with a change of covenant on my mortgage (since July 2019). Extremely disorganized and uninformed. Why am I explaining how a rental agreement functions, or how to handle a charge against title when you are the ones that forgot to remove it.The only thing keeping me there is the monstrous penalty I will have to pay to leave, when the term is over I will never do business with this bank again. The corporate customer service does not even return your emails despite being a customer for the last 14 years.
