“We have had a unit for years and never an issue. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. It’s clean and secure which we like. I had a friend who went to Uhaul on Speedvale in Guelph and when she went to go get her stuff they announced it was thrown in the dumpster. Before any says anything about that they had her credit card to charge monthly. Apparently the staff like to help themselves. She found this out when she demanded they come up with her stuff only to return a couple of itemsSo my thoughts stick with a company you trust which we do with Some Place Safe!”

“Unlike the previous Yelper, who should have reviewed "Clark's Mobile Homes" at the same location, my review is actually about Clark's Mini Storage. Clark's Mini Storage is a family-run business; I've always talked to Julie, who has always been helpful and polite. The storage lockers are generous for the price: as of Dec 2020, I pay $150 inclusivefor a 10ft x 10ft outdoor locker with 24hr/ 7 days a week access. The lockers are well designed with a roll-up door, and you can provide your own locks. Being somewhat rural, they do provide pest control, and as long as I've had my locker, I've never had rodent damage. They have also been quick to have snow cleared, usually within 2 days, so everyone still has access during the winter. The only thing that some current customers may have found bothersome is that Clark's has been harder to reach during Covid with their reduced hours. It would be nice if they had some set hours they will be on-location, even if they changed it on their voicemail weekly. However when you do reach them, they are quick to deal with any issue you have to satisfaction. They even offer discounts on long-term storage over 12 months, which can save decent money if you know your storage will be long-haul. You can also ask for reoccurring monthly payments by credit card. If you're looking for outdoor storage, then Clark's is not only a great deal, but you're supporting local business vs the US Franchises.”

“I rented the locker for about a month and a couple of weeks and my experience was amazing. The hours are flexible and accessibility is great, once you are set up you can go in and out as many times as you want. I had rented a 9x10 and it was perfect for us needing temporary place while moving from our apartment in Toronto to Guelph. It's also easily and quick to get to, the location is super central and the reception staff was very helpful in explaining everything and helping me out when vacating the space.”
