“Royal Storage is a total win! The facilities are clean, well maintained, and have a very close eye kept on the security of all of the units; but above all, their staff have continuously gone above and beyond! Their employee Ara has been especially helpful in my experience. She was the one who registered us when we first got the unit and she was just incredible! She was extremely considerate of all small details that would make our lives easier when accessing the units and was super patient with our endless questions. She was there with us at each moment and it was very clear how important to her it was that we were happy and confident in our choice. She even called us directly a few weeks after getting the unit to notify us that the last time we were there we seemed to have incorrectly set the lock, and she wanted to let us know as soon as possible! Thank you Ara and Royal Storage!”

“Niro was amazing. He was very welcoming and happy to answer any questions I had. He showed me the two unit sizes I was interested in, and helped me confirm my choice. He introduced me to his colleague Hannah, and though I didn’t get to meet them, Niro told me about their third employee Cherry, an adorable cat they adopted to help patrol the unit corridors. Niro made me feel comfortable accessing the facility so I wouldn’t get lost on my own, or locked in. Both Niro & Hannah keep an eye on the garage bay loading area to see if you might be showing signs of confusion (like myself) and happily come out to see if they can help. Highly recommend renting with PS. :)”

“We have had a unit for years and never an issue. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. It’s clean and secure which we like. I had a friend who went to Uhaul on Speedvale in Guelph and when she went to go get her stuff they announced it was thrown in the dumpster. Before any says anything about that they had her credit card to charge monthly. Apparently the staff like to help themselves. She found this out when she demanded they come up with her stuff only to return a couple of itemsSo my thoughts stick with a company you trust which we do with Some Place Safe!”

“George was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He was incredibly accommodating and genuinely took the time to understand our situation and figure out how he could help. You can tell that he’s not just there to rent out lockers — he actually cares about his customers and goes out of his way to assist. That made a huge difference for us.

The facility itself is also very clean, fresh, and well maintained. The lockers look great, and you can really see the work that has gone into the recent renovations and improvements. The fresh asphalt and updated exterior make the whole place feel much cleaner, safer, and more modern.

Overall, we’re very happy with our experience. Great facility, great improvements, and most importantly, great customer service from George. I would definitely recommend The Storage House to anyone looking for a clean and reliable storage facility.

“Unlike the previous Yelper, who should have reviewed "Clark's Mobile Homes" at the same location, my review is actually about Clark's Mini Storage. Clark's Mini Storage is a family-run business; I've always talked to Julie, who has always been helpful and polite. The storage lockers are generous for the price: as of Dec 2020, I pay $150 inclusivefor a 10ft x 10ft outdoor locker with 24hr/ 7 days a week access. The lockers are well designed with a roll-up door, and you can provide your own locks. Being somewhat rural, they do provide pest control, and as long as I've had my locker, I've never had rodent damage. They have also been quick to have snow cleared, usually within 2 days, so everyone still has access during the winter. The only thing that some current customers may have found bothersome is that Clark's has been harder to reach during Covid with their reduced hours. It would be nice if they had some set hours they will be on-location, even if they changed it on their voicemail weekly. However when you do reach them, they are quick to deal with any issue you have to satisfaction. They even offer discounts on long-term storage over 12 months, which can save decent money if you know your storage will be long-haul. You can also ask for reoccurring monthly payments by credit card. If you're looking for outdoor storage, then Clark's is not only a great deal, but you're supporting local business vs the US Franchises.”
