Went in to get some Tula products and was helped by this lovely girl named Sara. She was so friendly upon greeting me, to helping me find the right product I was looking for. I was so grateful she was there to help and I will definitely go back just based off her help!

I recently celebrated my birthday in October and was excited to redeem my birthday gift. However, my experience has been incredibly disappointing. Each time I visited the store to collect my gift, I was told it was unavailable, with no clear timeline for when it would be restocked. I was advised to check back before December 31st, but when I returned in November, the situation had not changed.
It’s unacceptable that a well-known brand continues to display products they cannot provide. Communication from customer service has also been frustrating; they offered me 250 points with a $25 purchase requirement, which seems unreasonable when the product I initially came for has been unavailable for so long. It feels like I’m being asked to invest more money for something that should have been a simple birthday gift.
Additionally, when I inquired about samples, I was met with “we don’t have any,” which is surprising for a big brand. This entire experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with the level of customer support and product availability. I expected much more, and I hope the company takes these issues seriously to improve future customer interactions.

Today, I experienced an upsetting encounter at Sephora, which felt discriminatory and left me disrespected as a customer. I came in seeking help with a foundation match, and after speaking with a helpful employee, I was transferred to Sara. Sara’s attitude was dismissive, and she seemed visibly annoyed when I asked for a sample. Rather than receiving a properly labeled sample in a bag standard practice at Sephora Sara handed me an unlabeled tube in a way that felt careless and unprofessional.
Later, another employee was helping me out and saw the sample and was shocked, apologizing and confirming that this was not how samples are typically handled. As a Sephora ROUGE member and frequent shopper, I expect a consistent level of professionalism and courtesy from Sephora staff.
I’d like to commend Ezra, a wonderful Sephora employee who recognized me from previous visits, asked about past product recommendations, and offered genuine, thoughtful assistance. Ezra is an example of the high standards Sephora should uphold in all locations.
Sephora, address these inconsistencies in customer service to ensure all shoppers are treated respectfully and fairly.

Kim was incredibly helpful to the first-time shopper I am! I don't wear makeup generally, but she was able to help me pick out some beautiful shades of lipstick!

It was disappointing; about 7 employees offered assistance, yet when it came time to check out, it took 15 minutes despite all the staff on hand. There was only one cashier, with 5 people ahead of me in line, just annoying.

I had to purchase 16 gift cards and the amount was around 800$. I couldn’t do so in a store Stone Road Mall, Guelph as Employees agreed to sell only 10, 50$ each.
They tried to explain that there is a limited amount of 500$ PER PERSON PER DAY which is absolutely NOT TRUE. My order is considered bulk, meaning it’s more than 500$ per card. In this case they had to refer me to the Corporate Gift Card officer to arrange the sale. Employees had no idea what the policy of the store is. What is more important, they did break their policy as I already purchased the same number of cards in the same store a year ago. Very disappointing experience.

I always have a great experience at this location. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Every time i come in they answer my questions, help me find the product, and cash me out quickly. Also, they’re always great about giving samples and helping you get your money’s worth by explaining the current sales. Highly recommend this sephora!

Was immediately greeted and asked if i need assistance. The young lady that came to help knew exactly where each item was and made the trip very quick. It would have likely taken me an hour to find the 4 products by myself 🤣

I’ve been a Sephora Rouge member for years now and I’ve never had such an awful experience like I did at this location. When trying to shade match, Brianna, a beauty advisor was extremely rude and discriminatory. She came over glaring at us with her arms crossed and looking us up and down as if we were committing a crime. She accused us of doing “full faces of makeup” while we were bare faced and only trying concealers to shade match and said we can’t be doing that here? She continued to be disrespectful and I’m still appalled by the experience. The manager also defended her actions and said that it wasn’t the employees “intention” to come across as racist or discriminatory. We are a minority and people of colour and this is absolutely unacceptable in this day and age. This is hugely disappointing as a regular customer and I wouldn’t wish for anyone else to experience this.

I frequently come to this location and every single time the staff is so attentive and helpful! This location hands down has the best service ever. Sahar is an absolute angel and her energy is amazing, I would recommend this location every single time!!! Amazing work guys, keep it up :)

Every time I go in there, the majority of staff are rude. I usually end up taking my daughter to Sephora in Conestoga Mall. They are way more helpful and pleasant there.

Had a consult with Lash technician Mikayla and the browbar. She was very helpful and accomodating to my issues. Unfortunately had an allergic reaction to the wax they use so I won't be returning, but would definitely recommend her and her services!
In general, I have always found employees in this store to be very friendly and helpful!

My experience started off really well Devon was amazing and super helpful but i couldn’t find the product I was looking for. So I went to meet my mom in the q-line and started getting strange looks (I’m used to this because I have blue hair and tattoos) but the way they were looking made me feel awful then I crossed my arms WITH MY PHONE IN MY HAND the girl at cash headsets to the other associates what im assuming was “watch this girl” and i got swarmed with associates and this made my mom have an anxiety attack and we had to leave i have never felt so profiled in my life im beyond upset with the service thank you Devon for being the only person to treat me like a human being
