“I had an issue with my package. I tried calling the 1-800 number for Purolator. I was on hold the first time for 45 minutes.... had to hang up. Second time, I was on hold for another 30 minutes before I hung up. Not once was I able to speak to a human being. I walked into the Massey Road Purolator and within 2 minutes not only did I have an explanation but she was able to track down my package, which was in the back. She was friendly and helpful. Don't waste your time calling 1-800 numbers.”

The young lady that helped us was exceptional. She walked us through the computer terminal and answered all of our questions promptly. Great service here and we will use this place again!”
