“I had a large parcel to ship and I came in with about 10 mins to close (I know I’m terrible) but Kartic at the UPS Store in Walmart went out of his way to help me get my package all ready to ship. He was friendly and helpful and even when I said oh gosh I didn’t know it was so close to the closing time he reassured me he was happy to help me with my package. It was the best customer service I’ve received in a long time and I will absolutely recommend this store to everyone I know for all your shipping and photo printing needs! Five Stars! “I received a delivery today from DHL Shipping. I was beyond surprised at the exceptional customer service. Our delivery was prompt, the driver went out of his way to have the package delivered to me in the same day, and he ensured the contents of the package were safe. Canada Post and Purolator could learn a thing or two from you guys, thank you for restoring my faith in the postal industry!”
“I had an issue with my package. I tried calling the 1-800 number for Purolator. I was on hold the first time for 45 minutes.... had to hang up. Second time, I was on hold for another 30 minutes before I hung up. Not once was I able to speak to a human being. I walked into the Massey Road Purolator and within 2 minutes not only did I have an explanation but she was able to track down my package, which was in the back. She was friendly and helpful. Don't waste your time calling 1-800 numbers.”
