Excellent dealings with Dino. Found the mattress and box spring I wanted at another store. Saw that Sleep Factory carried the same Stearns and Foster. I called the store and Dino was super helpful. He helped me order the mattress and boxspring, informed me of the delivery date and ensured that the order was exactly what I wanted. Perfect. No hassles and Dino was really good in communicating with me. My thanks to Dino for all of this assistance and looking forward to receiving the new mattress. Highly recommend Sleep Factory and Dino.

In October I had knee surgery and needed to get a custom box spring in very short time as well as a mattress for the person who would come to help me. Dino made this happen in time for my surgery delivery and set up. It made things run smoothly and I am grateful.

The Guelph store have been very helpful in getting me the XL size mattress I needed for my needs. They even upgraded my mattress to a better one at no additional charge as it was in stock whereas my original purchase I would have had to wait a couple weeks for it to be made. Very good place to deal with, talk to Dino, he'll look after you.

I paid $179 for a mattress cover and was expecting a quality product for something at that price point. What I got was a very cheap and flimsy peice of material that is worse than the $30 replacement I picked up at Walmart. I will not be shopping at Sleep Factory again.

Anthony could not have been nicer. I did not like my bed, bought on the recommendation of a friend. I went back to Anthony and totally without rancour or disapproval he helped me to find a bed much more suited to my needs. And he assured me that if I'm not happy with this bed he will try another. He wants me to be happy. On the way out I commented that I was having trouble with my phone. Two computer specialists gave up trying to fix it. Believe it or not, Anthony took my phone to his desk and within five minutes had it fixed!!! Now that's service!!!

Friendly and helpful service WHEN PURCHASING our bed. After setting it up to find major flaws... NOT friendly and helpful. Paid $1000 but were offered $200 "toward purchase of a replacement." Can't say I recommend that.

Horrible customer service over the phone. I could not even get a word in because the person over the phone wouldn't stop talking. Then when I did try to talk I had to repeat myself multiple times!I was previously told on a Monday that they were receiving my bedframe in their warehouse on the Tuesday or Wednesday and that I would be getting on Thursday. I called back Thursday asking when they were coming, and I was told that my bedframe is still not in their warehouse and it will be another week before I get it. Very bothersome. I asked what happened in those two-three days that changed it from a week if they knew when they were getting it in their warehouse and they couldn't tell me. I asked a few more questions and I did not get a response.Their online 'chat' on their website is also poorly managed. I messaged them, thinking I would get a somewhat instant reply as it said they were "online and ready to chat" and I didn't hear anything back until after I was done on the phone call - 30 minutes later!
