The man was so rude! When I picked up my item, he asked me for rent contract to confirm my address. I showed him and guess what?! He did not just see my address, he spent a lot of time to see details of my payment information. It is pure violation of privacy!!! Also a discrimination!! He deserve to be fired! The man was lazy too! I went there three times, he said my item was not there, I had to call the customer service hotline to find my parcel, then that man gave my parcel to me! It wasted my 10 days and numerous energy!!! Why Canada post doesn’t train their employees? At least show respect to their customers! Especially to their privacy!

The new owners are doing an excellent job! Many of the reviews on this store are from years ago when the previous owners.... sort of did the bare minimum. Great service now :) Thanks!!

Wonderful service and staff. They are always efficient, helpful, patient, and kind. They have such generously accommodating business hours too. I'm grateful it's a good post office, as my building refuses to get a Canada post parcel locker, so my deliveries end up here. Even if they didn't, this would be my post office of choice!

Staff is super friendly but they don't take accountability when they mess up.I was told I'd made the cutoff to have my Valentine's delivery arrive early but my partner hasn't received it and online now says it won't arrive until the 16th.I called for clarification on what happened but the owner insisted it was me who messed up, not them, and that I'd missed the cutoff time. Odd since I literally asked them outright multiple times when I first dropped it off whether this would make it and the wife insisted yes!Seems clear to me they knew it wouldn't make it and wanted my money instead of just being honest that I was too late.Very disappointed as they'd been my #1 office since I moved to Guelph!

I came to this one because the other post office I use was closed. I brought in my packages, I had a few questions about how much to send them and how long it would take and they answered every question and were very helpful. I am hard of hearing and it can be hard to hear what's being said and I need some things repeated, they were kind and did not rush me. I really enjoyed the experience and I will definitely go back.

This is my favourite post office outlet in Guelph! I love it because of the consistently professional, friendly and helpful service I have been receiving from the new owners, Christina and Peter, who have done a fabulous job of continuing to provide the best service that the previous owners had provided. Besides being able to have all my postal needs met, I love to go there to buy greeting cards, wrapping paper and the occasional winning lottery tickets. I highly recommend this business for the consistently friendly and memorable service!

Outstanding postal service. Extremely helpful, and, one occasion, they went above and beyond the normal postal services, and helped me get an essential document out and delivered in a timely fashion. I'm so glad that this is my local postal outlet, and even if it weren't, I'd still be bringing my business to Corner Stone Post Office.

Was in there today , New owners very friendly and accommodating , used Flex Delivery got an E Mail was ready for pickup. but was not at this Post Office. This was not fault of the new owner who contacted Woodlawn Road dispatch and got my Parcel returned were it should have been left in the first place.I hope Canada Post reads these reviews as this is the third bad experience I have had with Flex Delivery Woodlawn Road Guelph being confused by the Address ?

I have visited this store over the last month, the new owners are incredibly friendly, passionate, enthusiastic and knowledable. They try to their very best to do things in a way that will be cheapest and in the best favour of the customer, i have seen this time after time. This husn=band and wife are a GEM. Way to go!!! :)This is a quote that they said to me on August 10th, 2020: "Because at The Corner we think your time is valuable". I mean who wouldn't like a guy like this.
