Naturally with being a five star restaurant it can be quite busy at dinner time but they make up for it in all the other areas. Haven't had a bad experience here nor have I had a dish that I didn't like. A huge shout out to the team of waiters and waitresses that make every experience top notch .

Had brunch at Pure and Simple. The food was delicious and a lovely presentation.
