Horrible experience. Locked out if my paid unit on moving day with no explanation. Furniture destroyed. Clerical error on their part, no apology but did reimburse rental truck. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

My initial contact with Trevor went well. I received my rental agreement in a short amount of time and everything seemed to be proceeding well.On move in day, I noticed a sign posted at the unit’s location entrance advertising “The first month is always free “. I sent a text inquiring as to the free month which was advertised and Trevor’s response was “after three months paid, you will get a month free.” Six months later, and I’m still waiting for my free month.The unit was in fairly decent condition, and the price was reasonable however Trevor seems to have no regard for his customers as he has still not answered a text message sent to him in July (which he read within moments of receiving it.)

Horrible place. Owner is ignorant and rude. Locked out of unit even though rent is always paid on time. Worst place ever. No receipts given in 2 years and now can't get any.

I dealt with Trevor throughout my month stay there. There were minor hiccups due to Covid and socially distanced transactions, but Trevor dealt with me directly. Even though it was frustrating with the errors made, Trevor kept me updated and fixed all problems immediately. Very satisfied and would recommend/return to this business again.

We rented a mobile storage container to put our furniture in while we renovated our basement.
The unit was delivered on time. It was clean, it kept our belongings dry and they even provided the lock for added security.
We had the unit in our driveway for 3 months. It was the ideal solution for our needs!
We were extremely happy with the service. Highly recommend!
