Let's start with a wow. My wife had purchased her phone here months ago and Amit was excellent. She came home raving about the customer service. When I finally decided to upgrade, we popped in to the mall to see if there were any pre-Christmas deals to be had. Amit was there, but I was served by Enes. Enes is absolutely amazing and truly seemed like he enjoyed finding me a deal and making my phone upgrade incredibly easy and fun. He really went the extra mile and for that I am appreciative. At this time of year, when things can get hectic, he was patient and at no point did I feel rushed at all. This was a truly excellent customer service experience. DO NOT hesitate to come in and work with either Amit or Enes. Rockstars.

Amit from the t- booth in stone road mall was so helpful and very knowledgeable about the new Phone I was interested in, it made my decision easy. I decided to upgrade and Amit made the upgrade very simple. He took his time and explained everything before the change and helped with transfering all my old phones information over to the new one. Amit helped me get my new phone and I couldn’t be happier with it all. Sometimes the process can be overwhelming, but he took his time to explain all of our options for devices and plans, and he made sure that I was happy with the end result.
