I had to give one star as it would not let me leave a review?
I am taking the opportunity to mention the persons name with my email TD Bank is the worst to deal with.
Hi Terra,
Just wanted to say I called and left a voicemail for you letting you know my situation, you didn’t even return my call or give me any options instead you just canceled the appointment?
I think this is very unprofessional of you.
Fifteen years ago I had a similar situation with TD so I moved my mortgage to Scotiabank they are so polite and go out of their way to help, but TD bank employees don’t unfortunately my mortgage is with TD again because my broker set it up this way.
Just in a couple of days I will pay off the big mortgage as my previous house will be sold and I will try my best to shift my second mortgage to Scotiabank.

If I could give zero stars I would. We had a terrible experience here and my parents nearly lost the home they had purchased because of the sheer incompetence of the mortgage “specialist” we had at this branch. What should have taken a few weeks took months and we needed our lawyers to fix the embarrassing number of errors that were made and never owned up to. We will not be returning.

We do all our banking at this location. Peggy and the team here know us by name and this bank hands down is the best around to deal with, we are here on a daily basis.

Called to book an appointment to change my name. Was told on the phone that no appointment was needed. I walked down to the bank and the teller told me that I needed an appointment, and of course, no one was available to help me. More staff in the office than customers in the building, but no was available to help me. Wasted an hour of my day.

Today the “Manager of Customer Experience “ who claimed to be the branch manager told me that even though I’ve been an account holder for 40 years, have never been a problem, have paid for a premium chequing account, have a Visa and LOC with TD, I’m not rich enough to be given access to the funds from the cheque that I was depositing. She confirmed that she had the authority to waive the hold she was not at all willing to do so in spite of the fact that I really need the funds. I am looking forward to moving all of my accounts ASAP thanks to this Customer Experience.

Have gone to this branch probably longer than most of the staff have worked there! Always pleasant & courteous staff, and efficient service whenever I go into the branch whether it be a teller or one of the advisors.
