We do all our banking at this location. Peggy and the team here know us by name and this bank hands down is the best around to deal with, we are here on a daily basis.

Called to book an appointment to change my name. Was told on the phone that no appointment was needed. I walked down to the bank and the teller told me that I needed an appointment, and of course, no one was available to help me. More staff in the office than customers in the building, but no was available to help me. Wasted an hour of my day.

Today the “Manager of Customer Experience “ who claimed to be the branch manager told me that even though I’ve been an account holder for 40 years, have never been a problem, have paid for a premium chequing account, have a Visa and LOC with TD, I’m not rich enough to be given access to the funds from the cheque that I was depositing. She confirmed that she had the authority to waive the hold she was not at all willing to do so in spite of the fact that I really need the funds. I am looking forward to moving all of my accounts ASAP thanks to this Customer Experience.
