I had a large parcel to ship and I came in with about 10 mins to close (I know I’m terrible) but Kartic at the UPS Store in Walmart went out of his way to help me get my package all ready to ship. He was friendly and helpful and even when I said oh gosh I didn’t know it was so close to the closing time he reassured me he was happy to help me with my package. It was the best customer service I’ve received in a long time and I will absolutely recommend this store to everyone I know for all your shipping and photo printing needs! Five Stars! Thank you again Kartic! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went this location to take passport photos and they charged $66 for 2 person. Not sure how? I checked website and it shows 14.99 per person (2 hard copy). Photo was taken but I found it’s way more expensive. $66 for 4 photos.

A lady is very very super slow with every single customer. Found her to talk a lot and attempting every task very slowly even she recognizes a huge queue of people. A customer ahead of me was speaking same mother tongue , she spent quite bit of time talking with him and laughing a lot rather hurrying up and attempt next customer.I would recommend owner to take an action. Time is precious for everyone.Very Slowwwwww.
