“Thank you so much to Michelle (I think she was the manager/owner) for her superior customer service and being so helpful. I phoned on a Wednesday looking for a unique item I was told was sold there, not something you can just find anywhere online, and not only did she say they had a few in stock but that she could also try and order more as I was looking for particular colours. Not only did she have more ordered for me but they were there within 24 hours. How is that for service!? Considering I was coming from out of town but was planning to visit Guelph on that Friday, this all worked out perfectly. The young lady who was working at the cashier was also very friendly. Thanks so much again. I didn't know about this lovely toy store beforehand, I'll definitely be back! I hope you and your store has a wonderful Christmas season.”
