“Once we get a truck sorted all is good. But the last 2 reservations have not gone as smooth as I would like. The last one, the vehicle I was assigned was full of blankets and used moving supplies so had to get a different truck. The previous time the assigned truck could not be found in the yard by myself or the attendant so had to have a different vehicle than the one assigned. Neither issued caused any hardship just a delay in getting started.”
